Value used to be 1.38g / bag. The 750% Magic Find cap (nerf) hurt the value a bit.
I can see that if you make gold on opening the bags, then it makes sense they nerf the drop of infusion.

To bad they limited the maximum magic find 2 years ago. I wonder how much you would get for min-maxing it in Silverwastes with 950%
You can watch an older video when it was still possible. But still seems to hold profit if you dont buy them off from TP
When they did it Anet said they limited the MF because if your magic find was too high that made you stop receiving junk items, which in this event made you lose money, as all money comes from junk.
Nothing personal since you did this for vid purpose but I find it funny how everyone just keeps paying the same price they have been for years while the max mf nerf meant like a ~20s drop in profit/envelope. Back in the day you could count on a slight profit margin when buying at 1.4 but now it's just a straight up loss to buy them at that price. Best thing now is just to buy them from vendor the entire event and open those in one go at the end of the festival because both buying or selling on tp aren't worth it. Buying due to negative margins, selling due to 15% tp fee.
