Love my P20ix…I use it on “tactical mode” and the only issue I have with it, is (most of the time) it won’t step down in brightness. It goes from 4,000 lumens to strobe.
I’d like to try it , but there are so many torches that are advertised as 4000 and 10/20.000 LM , but they turn out to be just the same brightness as 1000 to 2000 LM . Amazon has lost control of its falsely advertised torches
This is not true.. i from malaysia.. my friend buy my flashlight from me because he want to go fishing.. the flashlight got water in the reflector..even without warranty card my friend manage to get it repair at service center. Im shock my self.. the flashlight about 1 y.o since i bought it..so imo the service is good..customer service is nice
@@anisyairi4443 I don't care where your from that was my experience with Nitecore and that's why I stick with tools I can depend on like klarus or Olight. Unlike yourself I don't use my flashlight for just recreational use I actually use them because my life depends on them. I bought a Nitecore p10 and one bounce on the ground from waist level and it no longer worked properly. I called the phone number on the user manual and even sent them an email and no response. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. For you to say You I not telling the truth is dumb, you must actually work for Nitecore to kiss thier ass so much
Yup, I agree. As a LEO, I stopped buying Nitecore cuz of the after-sales service warranty issues. Yes, we get agency issued gear, but I wanted my own and switched to olight. Products are good, but service is 2nd to none.
Trouble is I just purchased a Nitecore MH12Se & I'm hearing the same complaints. I paid a bit extra to get it via Amazon (for their return policy) but maybe I should just return the whole package unopened when it arrives?

I had the same problem. Nitecore lumens are accurate. I have found the best brands for quality, ability and price is nitecore and acebeam

Good lights but the worst costumer service ever. Don't let this light malfunction within the 5 year warranty because they will not honor it.

How i wish there is batt that can last more then 2hr in high beam 4000lmn.
You want too much, the brightness is high so that it shines for a long time
