- Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 11 - Install (Installation), Assemble (Assembly) - In this video we will finish installing the electrical system and the battery, key ignition, air box, front & rear plastics, healights, Team Alba Racing nerf bars, and all cooling and air lines & hoses. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding electrical components, brackets, clips, springs, bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, Delrin bushings, collars, cotter pins and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper. This is a full ATV build, quad 4-wheeler rebuild. Yamaha YFZ450 YFZ450r Restoration, Restore, Replacement, Assemble.

I am Git-N-R-Done slowly but surely! I have a bunch of footage to edit but now that I am the "Manager of Web Design" for a multi-million dollar website I is really hard to sit back down in front of a computer and do more work in my off time. That being said, I have the brand new OEM crankshaft pulled in and the bottom end sealed up and installed into the frame and I'm just waiting on the brand new OEM cylinder, piston, rings, etc to get the top end buttoned down. I am finishing up the bottom end as we speak ... Thanks for watching this far and I will have the bottom end video up in the weeks to come ...

I’m half way done collecting the parts for my 250R, and I have a 400ex that both need built for XC racing, along with 3 blasters to build as well. I also have a foreman 400 and Polaris magnum that I want to build into the ultimate hunting/camping/exploration machines and a bayou 220 and quad runner 160 to build into the ultimate child trail machines

What size bolts are for the front flarings and rare & ehat size bolt hold down the gas tank.
Usually M8x1.25 I think
