I just pre ordered mine on the 27th of August i'm still waiting for mine to arrive. They said they wouldn't be getting any new Dragon GTR V2 scooters till mid september so i guess i'm still waiting. Was wandering if you could do a tutorial on how to upgrade your brakes to hydraulic?
I John iv already done that have a look through my video for the 2022 GTRv2 hydraulic brakes. Bike Scooter City can do this for you as well to keep your warranty
@@rosesolon9243 As a beginner, I have gotten it at 43k on a single motor on a flat and smooth road and felt like I could have done more, but held back because I didn't want to get over confident. So imagine what it can do on both motors. I think this thing can easily go over the generous 50k they claim it can do. As for distance, the furthest I have gone on one charge so far is about 45k with a lot of charge still left on the battery. They claim it can do a range of 60k which seems to be about right. Also, I weigh 85k and hills for this scooter are no problem at all on dual motors.
It's very cheap for what it is. Just got an E-move Cruiser which is ten times better, but only single motor and is nearly $2400 AUD. But you pay for quality and reliability, so I might look at GTR V2 22 as as side purchase. Looking forward to a review.
Iv owned the pre 22 model as in in my previous videos and I took that thing off road jumped it etc etc really beaten on it and I didn't break it 2022 model has a lot of much better and stronger features i cant wait to review for everyone. Might be a bit of a longer video but will be very detailed
@@dcunplugged31 thanks for the tip mate. Ive ordered a lightning v2 but waiting on stock at the end of this week. Spoke with them today and they'll put the light on for a smallish additional cost. The original 2 front leds will also still remain connected. Peanuts to me as I'll keep my warranty.
Honestly I can't answer that on your behalf. Its very much a personal preference and what you have going on in your personal life as well as what you would be using it for
Commuting and going to and fro school. Daily use pretty much. i’ll be able to have a car and i not sure how much to spend on a scooter cos im not sure if it’s worth that amount if im soon going to be getting a car
@@mattsteven3036 as soon as you get a car you'll still want the scooter especially if you decide to go on holidays. My girlfriend and I take our scooters with us on holidays to scoot around find new places even use them when we go out and eat hahaha. We both find it exciting fun. But again it's up to you the gtrv2 is a tank and is a little stiff on suspension. Raptor is can get a better top speed with softer suspension. But not as much torque as the GTRv2 so there's pros and cons to consider

Wish they had a decent headlight on the lightning v2
They do a GTRv2 headlight mod to them in store that does not void warranty or there's the mod I did early on in the video's
