Had homosexuality been a test, they would've been exempt from lives other challenges.

The first amendment does not apply to any private businesses or practices and I wish Americans would stop citing it. It's literally just for the government not making laws to infringe on free speech. That college is not the government, CZcams is not the government, Facebook is not the government. You agree to their terms of service is when you sign up to use their private platforms. Just like you can't come into my home and say whatever you want, I will kick you out because it is my private property and your first amendment does not apply to my private property. Law and private policy are not the same thing

@Danny Adam If the school hadn't done that then there wouldn't have been a problem in the first place and there wouldnt be any need for a protest. How are they supposed to enforce that kind of rule anyway? If an employee is dating someone outside of work, why would the workplace care at all? If they're dating other employees, I guess it would make sense that the workplace wouldn't want that, but they ONLY banned same sex relationships, not straight ones, meaning they don't actually care about workplace environment and they just want to target and be discriminatory against lgbt people. If you're going to ban relationships, ban them for everyone, or ban them for no one.
