Wow, look at me, I'm actually uploading a video this year. Can you believe it? I barely can. Look, I'm not ignorant to the fact that this has easily been the longest time between uploads in my channel's history. I can't really say I have an excuse but this video here was supposed to come out as soon as 2.2 was released. But the absolutely god awful coverage of bots in early 2.2 was ridiculous and it wasn't really ideal to release this video until now when Absolute's Mega Hack provided with a bot that could actually function with all game features available in the macro. Massive thanks to the following channels that made parts of this video happen, since I was genuinely at a loss for how to do TASes for the platformer levels.

I also want to state, I will not be entering radio silence now for a while, I do have a video coming out at the end of this month for sure, which I have been excited to showcase for months now. I went from a iwbtg fangame tas comment section to find stormfly again, i then went to a tas video of geometry dash to find an iwbtg fan..... Im going in Cycles, must get Back on Track since I Can't Let Go
aka "Bored Stormfly decided to (cursed) TAS all the official levels, just because he can".
it's not that easy though...
It was fun working on this, I think the platformers are pretty optimized. And nice editing :)
Dude I’m very glad you made the parts where there aren’t any special tricks as weird as possible. I love it when TASes do that.

I just want you to know that there is at least 1 person (which is me, and there should probably be way more) who is very anticipated to your so-called "magnum opus" video(s). I admire your video style and I can't imagine what it would be like if, according to what you said, you spent A LOT of time on making these upcoming videos. You have been teasing them in the descriptions of the past few videos now and I am very, VERY excited to see them. Hopefully they will be released soon.
I want you to know that there are 2 people now (you and me, unless you have changed your opinion) that are waiting for Stormfly's magnum opus, even though it didn't come out when he promised. It's ok, he can take his time.

Jawbreaking video. I knew some of the glitches, like being able to ignore block collision as a ship with the perfect straight fly, but I never thought of actually using these gimmicks and what the results could be.
I like these videos; it's always fun to see what kinds of silly shenanigans the TAS pulls off.
Just want to say that you can make this a lot more fun to watch:
- Enter gravity and gamemode protals at max velocity and at certain hight. Like at 0:30 you can either jump it the last frame you are cube, or jump at max velocity and least height where you don't hit the block below portal. Or at 5:04 or 23:01 enter the gravity portals at max velocity and make the biggest swings. And do the same here 0:45 and other flying to ground transitions, enter the portal in a way that makes the biggest swing.
- You can do fun patterns with wave trail, like drawing actual waves and moving as one.
- You can do more fun things as ship than just licking every spike. You can imitate lower gravity, bounce from walls or just move in zigzags, do straight flies at different angles or move in an unnatural wave or circular pattern. It's also fun to seemingly ignore gravity portals (by stopping/starting holding in the first frame of changed gravity)
- In 2.2 wall jumps are back! They're just ~2760 FPS frame perfects.
- More things with consecutive buffer jumps
- Constantly spam smallest robot jumps or, even cooler, jump from most left corner of a platform to most right, then to most left of next platform and so on.
- 36:57 You can summon the platform, go back in the level, and then turn back and hop on the platform in the last possible moment.

Thank you, Stormfly, for giving us the video game experience of “a TAS with a bunch of fun bits to keep the audience engaged.” Super Mario Bros has received this treatment, Ocarina of Time has received this treatment, and now so has Geometry Dash.

this is pretty cool but you did miss a few time saves
very cool tas, although I wish a timer was included or maybe the times could be listed in the description.
This video also serves the purpose of a showcase, so maybe an on-screen timer would have been distracting.

Wow. You really tried to cram in as many absurd tricks and glitches, like clipping ½ way through blocks as a ship, hitbox abuse, among other things, to make this so entertaining to the point that it's no longer just a TAS. It's a showcase of the buggy and unplaytested mess that is this game.
