Odd-time music in my favourite video game? YES PLEASE!
This is Navi the Fairy’s Theme from early in the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time, with some drums added in for good measure ;)
This piece (composed by the amazing Koji Kondo) cycles between 13/16 and 5/16 and is really fun to play along to! Who knows? Maybe next I’ll play along to the Ganondorf boss fight which is in 23/16 ;)
