When a rich guy's property is stolen police doubles up as though no other job on earth than this to nab the culprits ( Kudos to them ) but if a banner fallen and even if a poor girl dies , it takes weeks after weeks to nab the main culprit..very obvious where lies their interests and priorities are!!
