Delicious!!! I will definitely try this recipe. I can eat chick peas for every meal of the day and never tire of them. I like them served warm with some red wine vinegar sprinkled on top and salt and pepper- so simple but so good :)

I made this yesterday for my lovely vegetarian friend but I added my own twist by not using hard boiled egg but topped with a lightly poached egg and the yolk ran into the soup and it was amazing. Have you considered doing a vid on how to poach an egg? A lot of folk struggle with this.

Hola para España, somos inglés. Just made this and it’s lovely, my autistic son won’t try it though we did make one of your pasta dishes and that’s how we found your videos. As it’s only me I halved the ingredients and therefore have half the chickpeas and pasata left, what receipt can you recommend to use up those ingredients, gracias
