CRUSTY HARD ROLLS RECIPE
Starter ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of instant yeast
Dough ingredients
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp instant yeast
Eggwash
1 eggwhite
2 tbsp water
Bake at preheat 425F for 20-25 mins
Turn off oven. Open oven door and allow rolls to cool inside the oven.
