i just tell my customer that ive created a open tixket and someone from ourbmain office will call him after he hangs up i team up with my sme and wallah problem solved its just we are having system error that time i immediately called the member 5 stars
Thanks for this video. I was wondering how to handle call center work when the call center only focuses on and pushes sales rather than customer service. This can be especially difficult for those who are not strong with selling. Hopefully, you do a video on this some time. Thanks.
My formula for dead end call after you explained everything (emphathy and apology statement) + (is there anything else) = cx hung up 😁 Example. "I do apologized. I know that it can be disappointing for you however I already explained to you why we cannot process your request ... So is there anything else right now?" 😂😂 Most of them hung up

Rea Ninja just like this whole thing. Call handling tips, Empathy, signature response... Because not everyone can watch vids at their workplace but everyone can read cos its handy. Esp at our work place, The only time I can watch vids is during break and our pantry has poor connections.

Ignore that person. Whatever he/she's doing to you is a reflection of his personality and past hang-ups. Focus on your own growth and development. If you feel the person is already harassing you, report to your TL.

Hmm not familiar with visa in Malaysia, sorry. But I'm guessing it's still the same working visa for any foreigner. There's no specific type of visa for a call center job or something like that. I might be wrong though.
