I’ve been called a POs and loser but I worked at dominos for 2 years. A stupid Brazilian girl started working and the GM the boss wanted to fuck her he became obsessed so he turned into a simp and I got fired because she liked me. But my sons mother looks at me like I’m a pos who doesn’t want to provide for his family. I’ve tried even using this POS but no lawyer will take it. And also I’m white and 35 nobody gives a F about me and my problems. There is no foundation for me. There is no Justice for when I’m wronged.

I've told people over and over, "Jobs don't want GOOD workers, they want OBEDIENT employees".
Look at how many co-workers we've had or have that are straight morons, makes u wonder how they've been there so long, but then u see how fake and brown-nosing they are, it all makes sense.
I tell people to learn a skill, I established an auto repair "side hustle" right out of high school, and it eventually became my full time self employment.
I still go back to "work" every once in a while to test the waters or when a company needs help(I got a CDL, hvac and welders cert.)...and man, nothing's changed, i can see why companies are always hiring.
The only thing that's always kept me afloat, is my loyal clients that still bring me cars after over decade..!

capitalism is system when you can change your master at will now and get brief relief/dopamine that comes with change - but when you look at it, not much different than feudalism.
Coerced servitude and exploitation will remain.
Would argue things got worse in some ways, because now you are expected to pay entirely for housing and food.
      People on unemployment etc
don't count because someone else is paying their way to live, so guess that improved?
It does mean however someone else will be exploited twice to sustain their lifestyle.

@ArchIVEDCinema one, jobs were plentiful during most of my working life. Two, I was a journeyman machinist/maintenance mechanic. All they cared about was if someone could actually do the job. I've always gotten pissed off and did the same thing and quit. I barely ever got fired and if I did it was cause I wanted to be. It's always a manager of boss talking shit to me when I bust me ass repeatedly and don't appreciate it. They're scumbags. I'm cool with the owner though. It didn't help me as far as getting a raise or anything but it was like hanging out with a friend of mine who had a lot of money and liked the same shit I liked. Im 28 and I have been working for 11 years. Still can’t find a job and stay with it. And I have had quite a bit of abusive bosses that I used to work for. I recently walked out on one because she was a real bitch. The money was great but the shit I had to put up with to get it was too much for me to handle. Maybe that makes me sound kind of soft, but I really don’t give a shit. If being tough means putting up with people like that 40+ hours a week, then I don’t want to be tough😂

I am the same, I can’t hold down a job. My issues is when my contract ends I end up being out of a job which ranges between a few months to a few years, I mostly end up being out of a job when I am around people who are abusive towards me I am a quite individual and as long as I can go into work and do the job that I am hired to do I am happy, I will also be ambitious enough to learn my job and progress when others around me see that I go into work and am quite they see that as an opportunity to just run their mouth and say whatever abusive stuff they want and that ends with a few things happening: I will either end up with an attitude where I will go into work whenever I want, I will call in sick because I don’t want to face those abusive people my sickies would be a way to give the employer a reason to end my contract, I will tell my employer or agency what is going on and they will say it’s all in my head.

And being in India, I always had to get a job in a Call Center and Night Shifts. Reaching to work on time, then cold calling till my next "luch break" which is actually dinner but we call it "lunch" 30 mineuts to eat, cant even smoke a ciggarret and log back in on the computer because its counting down the break time. Then when its time to log off, they always have a team Meeting after the shift timing is done, then rinse and repeat. I just cant handle it. Im not used to it. I have never been to school either. I was homeschooled. Everyone that has been to School and Colleges, You guys have been doing this since you were kids! Thats the only good thing from going to school and college's. Plus im an introvert. So man, Im stuck, I need to work to invest back in my music. I havnt found Freelancing to work for me yet. I now do Social Media Managing and need to work as a freelancer. Glad to know there are people who think just like me. Great video. I hope everyone can work their jobs and keep an eye out to find something they would love to do and slowly work for themselves soon. 33 and going through same situation as you. I’m wayyyy different though. I think the job I’m at now is the longest I’ve ever held ( a month ).
It’s been a rough life and part of it is because of my decision making. Not only is my discipline lacking with keeping a job, I think I’ve been applying to the wrong jobs for over 10 years. I keep doing warehouse work as if it’s something I like doing. Ive never been paid a fair wage ever. Probably would have been better off if I went to trade school straight out of high school, and got a job that was actually worth keeping.
Pulling siding and shingles for 19 an hour is for the worker bee. I shouldn’t be getting out of bed for anything less than 25.
On a personal note, I never finished highschool. I might be the way I am because I didn’t. Those 4 years are meant to put upcoming adults into a routine that’ll carry with them til retirement. I’ve skipped months of school at a time before. Maybe that’s why I can’t keep to a jobs schedule. I basically missed out on the “patch” and now I’m left without a limb in this life.

It is good that you are taking responsibility for yourself but the american way is messed up and doesn't make sense. They want us to give all of our time just to get by while the few at the top enjoy all of the fruits of OUR labor. The "american dream" is really just to spend all of your time working just to buy a bunch of material crap that you hardly ever even have time to enjoy. I think the key for us poor people is to work really hard for about five years and sacrifice a lot to save a good chunk of money to invest (either in passive income or a small piece of land and small dwelling) and then live very minimalistically and find some work we can tolerate for about three days a week to pay for our basic needs. I feel that this is the only way that we can get out of working full time until the day that we die. I mean could you imagine answering to a boss half your age ,and half your wisdom if that, while your approaching your last days alive?

i havent worked a regular job in nearly 2 years and have made 0 effort to reenter the normal job market. at this point in time, id rather work when there IS work. youd be surprised how many people from MY old regular jobs (which ive gone through so many i dont even LOOK at my resume anymore) secretly hated my guts. why? ill never know. if i have to apply for a job online thats an automatic no for me. im not registering for every job under the sun just so i can fill out an application (which could actually take a couple hours cause every employer out there wants to know your whole life story) for a position im not even guaranteed to get.
