    Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions.

    we may be aware of habits existing in India or Spain, but it is very much culture dependent, so it does not mean that if we know them we do apply them. So, for some cultures it is useful for business people to become aware of these aspects because many successful business people are workaholic and this affects not only themselves, but also their families and team members/ peers.

    As a Muslim, I take a lot of insight from the practices of Prophet Muhammad, who used to nap in the middle of the day. There are endless examples of how his behaviour, which he also taught his followers, are only now being scientifically validated, like not cleaning your backside with bones (germs, which Prophet Muhammad said were food for the 'invisibles'), instead cleaning with water when available etc.

    This nap is called "qelula" in Arabic. It is a sunnah popularized by Muhammad (SAW), the holy prophet of Islam. I am not saying that it hadn't existed before. But Middle Eastern had started this tradition way back emulating his life. And Muslims around the world follow it. Quite interesting, huh?

    How do you nap if you arent tired?

  • @april_haruko
    @april_haruko Před 2 lety +1

    I just don't understand how it's possible to nap for 10 to 20 minutes. Do they mean you just shut your eyes and lay quietly for that long? Or do they mean fully asleep for 10-20 minutes, but the nap would technically be longer because it takes a few minutes to fall asleep before those 10-20 min? It takes me about 10-20 minutes just to fall asleep in the first place, sometimes longer! And then how can you be sure you'll wake up 10-20 min after falling asleep since you can't predict how long it'll take you to fall asleep, so setting an alarm for, say, 30 minutes might accidentally wake you after only five minutes of actual sleep, or if you drop off right away, after 25 min which would be too long and leave you groggy.
    People make short naps sound so easy but I just can't wrap my mind around how this is possible. I can't nap that short. I either can't nap at all or I need roughly 1.5 to 3 hours.

    • @bossgd100
      @bossgd100 Před rokem

      If you cant sleep in these time frame it mean that this kind of nap is not for you.

    Linda being a bank teller is in both choices, and logically speaking, going by her activities in college, it's highly likely that she WILL be a part of the feminist movement. I don't really see how there's even a "wrong" answer in that question, but perhaps I need to freshen up and take a nap... or maybe the 'Linda Problem' has some real problems..

    Regarding the "Linda Problem" excercise, the logic is flawed or at best limited. Given the information provided about the subject in the first placet, people would easily deduct the second answer as being the correct one, being more specific to all information that was provided. One does engulf the other, but the second one is more precise given all the information inputted.
