These countries most gulf countries they dont give nationality but they give residence permit,and you need to renew it yearly this father he should thank Gid to be back home just you should look for him solution there home we have many nigerian here with same problems and believe me he cant manage our Nigerian life but just he need psychological and mental assistance he is poor hwat will he do back there!??I saw asomali man they just send him back deporting him he never been to somalia like many fulani,malis,sudanese please check how to help him
