- Do you want to know how to share play on PS4 and SHARE PS4 games with your friends!? Using share play on the ps4 allows one of your friends to take controller of your PS4 and play videos or watch you play. Starting a share play session is very easy. Press the share button on your controller. Now choose the third option down "start share play". Now choose a friend to share play with.
Once the session begins, go to the part screen and go to share play. You will be able to give your friend the ability to take your controller and play videos games across the internet. You can take back the controller and any point by returning to the party window. You will need at least a 2mbs upload speed to use share play. ...

I’m having a problem when someone tries to join my share play that my internet is not sufficient enough do you know the solution and my router and WiFi isn’t the problem when I test it, it says it is good connection
You need both players to have a stable connection.
Sterling • both of y’all internet needs to run good. So if your connected through WiFi try using the Ethernet cable because it runs faster that way.
Oath._ even if you connect if the speed difference is still there it will eventually lag the share play and end it
Go to party settings at the party screen. Then lower the video quality for share play from high to standard
Both of you should get a LAN cable and your share play will be flawless

I joined my friends share play like 30 mins ago and i can see his home screen we were just watching Netflix i was able to see everything it fixed itself when he started a game up i came here to see if anybody has had this happened to them before

I love this feature. I am actually blind so having someone that can take control of the game for me remotely it’s really helpful when I’m stuck. The only hard thing is to find people to do it with. Any helpful ideas?

Why have a timer on shareplay? Cant play a full game of madden football because the timer timeout. Dont really see the point of the timer limitation.

Do you have the same game that your friend is trying to share play with you? If so, i believe it`s because of some bug that happens everytime you try to share play with someone that already purchased that same game. So, try another account that doesn`t have the particular game itself.

I have ps plus and my friend doesn’t and her parents won’t let her and you have to have ps plus to use share play, is there any way around this or is this just how it is?
If you just want to let your friend play your game alone via shareplay, only you will need PS+.
But if you want to do Co-Op, BOTH of you need PS+.
And a solution to that may be to make a new account (temporary) and maybe get Free PS+ with it... But you have to get more info about this I'm not sure myself...
Or maybe do the trick where you activate your account on her console as a "home console" and put her in your family members list. That way she will be able to download your games and play online with your PS+ (you can launch the same game at the same time with your main account and hers).

@@Arielbanda_1 I never did find out as my friend was in a different region and from what I did find out you both had to be in the same region . Plus the game no longer loads up for me . Activation broke it so I uninstalled it a long time ago .
