SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. They found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are almost ready to cross the Pacific Ocean!!

It is kind of sad to see Tom leave as he has been such an essential player in getting the boat moving. I hope he will have the best time ever in his new adventures and would encourage him to start his own channel, so we can keep an eye on him :]

Dang wasn’t expecting so many to clear out. Brings out emotions just as an observer can’t imagine what it would be like in person. Tom definitely grew on me over time, I will miss seeing him in the episodes
I’m really going to miss Tom the most. Him and his amazing voice. I love seeing everyone and watching your adventures. Maybe one day. I hope to see Tom again in the future.

Wow. Losing four of your crew is huge. Really gonna miss Tom - he integrated into Parlay instantly and what a voice!! Hard for me to imagine him not there. That's Life!! I really like this one. What a nice blend of heartfelt personal stories, adventure, and looking into the future. Collen, you are an emotionally mature person and I like when you show that side of yourself.
It will be a little weird not seeing Jamie and Tom plying off of each other every episode. But....we still have Jamie! That guy's laugh gets me every time!

Me too. I did almost get ejected out of a J24 into one of the Great Lakes yesterday. Water is colder than in the tropics. I had one foot in the water hanging onto the shroud and they corrected the heeling. J24'S have no floatation.

Sad to see so many leaving the boat. But shocked to see The Lord Mayor Tom leave. If you watch this channel for long enough you eventually figure out that Parlay corrects people’s lives. They come for the adventure but leave as new people with new goals in their lives. Tom you will be missed. ☘️🇮🇪🍀💚

Hi Colin, you probably will not remember me but I met you briefly in Linton Bay in May 2021 when you were working on the sugar scoops. I had my small monohull in nearby Panamarina, and finally got her sorted in early 2022 and sailed her solo to French Polynesia and on to Fiji. I had the most amazing six months, and wish you, Jamie, and crew the same. It is even possible we might meet if you only have a three-month visa for FP, because when I get back to my boat in August I hope to sail back upwind to Tonga, which was still closed last year. There are obviously tons of sailing videos on FP and Fiji, but if interested, I have seven amateurish ones on my channel. Hugh

This video was special for me. I’ve been to Yalapa a few times and have taken the same not-so-comfortable horse ride to the beautiful waterfall. The only thing missing was the whole fried red snapper on the beach. This brought back great memories.
I wasn’t expecting to see so many of your crew leaving. While I don’t like to pick anyone one specifically, I’m sorry but Tom has been such an integral part of your crew for a long time. I do think when you are back to four crew we will get to know Brit and Elle better. They seem to have very laid back vibes and will be great sailing companions.
