Thanks for the tips. Both my husband & I have set our phones to use the night shift function - didn’t even know it existed! We have our bedside lights automated to come on at 5:30 am with a soft warm light that gradually gets brighter, like a sunrise. We haven’t used an alarm click for at least a year - works a treat.

How to get up early: start by not still being awake at almost 2am (insomnia life) 😭

Lindsay Oram hey hun I found substituting it with another drink I enjoyed helped!
I find exercising at night (if I have the energy) if safe to do so a walk after dinner and relaxing in a bath and the money you spend on wine spend on some bath bombs from Lush. Also what steph said another sort of drink there are non alcoholic wines or mix some juice with mineral water. But a bubble bath is great way to relax with a bath bomb or essential oils it will help you relax.
Anyone know how you can adjust these settings on a Samsung?
I set a "DO NOT DISTURB" setting on my samsung which is in Notification settings. I set from 8.30pm to 7am so you can switch off. You can go into the display settings and set your blue light filter the same as Iphone - set the schedule. The only settings that are different is the bedtime settings. We do not have that function (that i know of) on the Samsung. i do set alarms with calming tones and when you set an alarm it will tell you how much sleep you will get.
