Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

Are you struggling getting up in the mornings? Now you can be in more control when and what time you get out of bed in the mornings or before important meetings or early shifts or on time for scool after late night studying or important early events (just a guarantee not ever to be late again), no matter if you a night owl or suffer depression or went to bed extremely late at 4am this alarm clock is the cream of the crop. Because sometimes you got to study, some love to chat until late or u feel like you got to finish watching that movie or series and even occasionally we gots to party (not gona mention the porn addicts lol) .. Luckily NOW you got a guarantee that you won't ever be late again if you set my alarm (i made it & you wont find it anywhere else it's custom-made), It'll be a one time a lifetime investment only (not even expensive) that'll help you FOREVER! I'm selling an alarm clock that makes you get out of bed immediately guaranteed, as soon as the alarm clock goes off it literally gets you out of bed and force you to walk all the way to the kitchen or bathroom to switch it off because the speaker next to your bed don't have a switch or button to press to stop or snooze it from ringing you must get up and switch of in the kitchen or bathroom wherever you decide.. and when that happens automatically (Newton's law an object in motion stays in motion") that means by the time you get in the kitchen you'll be freshen up and wide awake almost the same as someone threw cold water on you and it'll be easy to keep moving (i usually set it for the latest minute i wana GET UP so i instead use my phone alarm just to WAKE ME UP). Waking up when it's so early it's still dark and there's no sound as the whole world is asleep, is the BEST - it gives you the mental edge knowing that compared to others you have bossed many things even before most people get up.
I meditate for an hour, and then enjoy my vision board and look at the desires I have as mentioned in "It Works", The Little Red Book. Then I watch a David Goggins video, read, and do math for 3 hours.

-do a 10 minute clean up (make ur bed, clean ur desk, do the dishes etc.)
-plan your day (u will have ur head more clean and u dont need to think about things u need to do)
-set alarm far away from u (put in on the floor, on ur desk, just so u need to stand up)
-no bad thoughts (stop saying that its dark outside, but say wow such a beautiful morning i had the best sleep)
-make an atmosphere (turn on the lights, light up candles, play ur fav playlist or podcast)
-drink a glass of water (u havent drink water for hours while u sleep, u need to hydrate and get fresh)
-accomplish something (try to work in the morning, or just make a to-do list, or vacuum the floor etc)
-have an productive intention (dont go on social media, instead of that try to get ready, shower, listen to podcast)
! It will get better i promise !

Really practical and useful advice. I’ve been watching similar videos and they talk about things that I could never incorporate into my morning routine. It’s hard enough to get up early not being a morning person. What you talk about here are all doable tips that any person can start doing. I would add stopping the day around 9 pm, to be in bed around 10 pm. If I don’t consciously do this, I keep going without even noticing and that makes it harder to start early the next day. Great video. Thank you.

On number 3... I use alarmy. You can set it to where you have to take a picture to turn it off, and you can set it to limit how many times you hit snooze

My tip is to get this app called alarm... you can’t turn off the alarm until you have done the simple tasks

Try a vibrating alarm instead, but u would have to put it on the bed and not away but if ur mom gets mad at u 😐

This girl is extremely upbeat. Coffee doesn’t even get me half this cheerful. How am I supposed to wake up like a Disney Princess when I relate more to a zombie

Great video. I have a spinal condition and when I get up early, especially for a couple of days in a row, my pain is bad. I also suffer from depression and I struggle to get up, especially if I'm not going anywhere that day and it's winter in Scotland so the dark mornings don't help. You have given me some excellent tips to put into practice, I've already got a plan to get me up. Have my long shower in the morning! Wash my hair would be a good start, I only wash it 3 times a week but I could do a morning where I exfoliate and do a facial or shave my legs on the other days. Then at night I can have a quick shower before bed and wind down quicker instead of having to dry my hair or putting off a mini pamper because it's close to chamomile tea and bed time. This will motivate me to get up before lunchtime. It's really not good and when you have chronic pain and depression it's easier said than done. Now I can put a plan in place and if I need to take a nap to ease my pain I will. Thank you so much for this xx
