Sadia, I love to watch you and listening you is so powerful. Please start a podcast if possible. Would love to listen you always. Your voice is awesome.
She could literally talk about a blank sheet of paper and it would be the most soothing thing ever.
This is so true
😂😂😂
I totally agree.
Agree
Yep l totally agree girl👌
Not an early bird OR a night owl. I am more like some kind of permanently exhausted pigeon. 😴
Why is that ME

Thx soo much!
Raegan Lawton - You are welcome 🤗
Thanks
I didn't have enough time to watch this 😀
Renata Sokol - That’s why I wrote it for all the busy people 😅☺️
Jazakallah
I can tell by the glow of her skin that she is living a healthy lifestyle..
She's vegan and mindful 💜
My husband and I have recently committed to getting up at 5 together to have quiet time to get ready and drink coffee together before the kids wake up. It has made such a huge difference for us! We are more relaxed and productive all day because of it. We also are more motivated to get to bed early. It's my new favorite habit.
Mandy Lape Wow, 5 am? That's really something! :-) Mindful greetings, Simple Happy Zen
Wow! How did you get your husband to commit as well? I find I have such a hard time convincing him to follow through!
Haha it was his idea!!! I was the one who needed convincing. 😅😴
Elisabeth Reh the goal is 9pm. :) Sometimes it’s not til 10 and then I’m soooo exhausted by that point! It works well for us because we have young children, and they are in bed by 7:30 anyway. We get our time to watch a show or catch up, and we get to be productive and have our coffee in the morning before kids wake up.
I'm watching this at 2 am 😂
Priyanshi 3 am here ✌🏽😂
12:30am & not sleepy at all🤦🏽♀️
I'm watching this at 3:30 p.m and I have to get up at 5 a.m🤦🏽♀️
Omg 🤦♀️ 3 am as well 😂

I changed my words and my purpose for getting up.
How many times had I said: "I have to get up for work in 'x' hours"?
Well, I stopped waking up to 'go to work' and started waking up to 'enjoy my day'!
I set my alarm to wake up and do something I love: I love to be in my garden!
So in the summer I would set my alarm for 5am to go outside to weed or trim my garden at sunrise or just sit in a comfy chair on the porch with my tea and contemplate it's beauty. It's a completely different experience at that hour when the birds are waking up and the day is fresh and coming to life... and in the winter, I 'garden' indoors with my house plants; or do reading and planning for the spring/fall planting.
Whatever your 'love' or hobby is; do that which gives you joy, for a bit of time in the morning. It will change your whole outlook AND then you never have to experience the 'oops, I-slept-past-snooze-and-now-I'm-going-to-be-late' rush!
Your life will thank you!
Ohhh I love this "waking up to enjoy the day"!! I did something similar for mondays. I put my archery training on monday evenings so I started looking forward to mondays a lot, hehe :3
woahh that sounds amazing 🥰🤩
I’m going to try your tips. Ps I love spending time in my garden too
My morning starts at 5AM, I'll do my daily scripture reading and spend few minutes on journal writing while playing some soothing classical music on spotify to start my day. Then I'll go out for a jog then shower when I come back. I'll have simple breakfast then spend some extra 15-30 minutes reading my favorite novel. After that, I'll do my work and study. I don't scroll through social media nor email nor games on my phone in the morning except for alarm and checking the weather. I've been following this routine for a week now and it's pretty nice. I'm much more productive in the morning than in the afternoon~ :)
Very nice
Your morning looks really productive and motivated)))) But what time do you usually start working after all these things you've mentioned?
I’m jealous af dude 😑😂
Your voice is very soothing. 😊
Catherine Root i felt the same and commented on her beautiful voice
Yessss!
Very true :)
I totally agree. This is unintentional ASMR at it's finest.

Her breakfasts look so good 😭 I would get up for those
GlassyEyed right😃
I've transitioned, but what really changed everything was therapy, got out of depression and started exercising a lot, I have a healthy lifestyle now . I wake up early in the morning without an alarm. But in winter I sleep more and later , i also need more food. Seasons have impact on me , kisses from the south of france
🌞how is it now, Estelle?
That’s normal. In the US, we call that Seasonal Depression. I’m very affected by seasons and the weather. I’m generally happy and productive throughout the year except for in the winter. In New York, a lot of people get depressed because our winter’s are brutally cold and we get less sun so that means less vitamin D 😩

what I need to include in my morning routine: prayer, Quran (I'm Muslim), stretching, exercise (30 minutes), reading, showering all before 8 am 👍

I was a night owl but now I’m an early riser! I adore morning time because I can make it me time. Coffee, breakfast and time with my pets while the world is still asleep is the best feeling to me. By the way an chance of a night routine?
Couldn't agree more, John :) And yes - it's on my list!
Great! Because the night routine is what makes my mornings not happen. Also it HELPS so much to hear that people have done this!!! Actually changed their routine from a night own to an early bird!!! It's possible!!!
A whole day routine would be amazing 😁
I used to hate mornings but after being a healthy person I started to love mornings , wakeup early , have a breakfast and a cup of tea and read a book. ♥♥♥
Yassss ❤
I was a night owl but three years ago I started waking up early everyday and I found it very nourishing and comfortble .. everything has changed in my life and my soul .. I became more positive and productive person .. and I just woke up everyday to enjoy the sunrise , drink coffee and recharge my brain for a whole new day ..😊
I became a morning person after years of being night owl. I found out that being a morning person makes me more productive and I feel better. It took me a year by setting my alarm for 7:30 a.m. Sometimes I would sleep through the alarm, sometimes I would wake up and then go back to sleep, sometimes I would get up and then go back to sleep later. After a while I would get up and stay up and then take a nap later. Now I am getting up and staying up most days with out a nap which I really like. Now I can work on my next goal. I enjoy your videos and your food looks very good. It looks nutritious and delicious. Thank you.
You have this incredible way of softening the way I look at things, filling my perspective with less rush, more love and simplicity 😊❤️
Wow 😍
This is exactly how i feel abt her too. But just couldn't find the right words to describe that feeling. Thank you for putting it way better than I ever could have ❤️
exactly!!!
The quote “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” Is one of my favorite of all times. I’ve made this a rule to live by. Great tips. For me also helps writing 5 things I am grateful for and repeating affirmations 😊
Black Screen Education I didnt even know of the second part, i only knew of "Early to bed makes you early to rise" and i live for the full version!
Black Screen Education I also love affirmation. Its so powerful! Thanks for sharing! :)
Thanks for posting the actual non political quote. 💕💕💕👍👍
My number 1 tip to becoming a morning person: have kids. They'll make sure you wake up early every day. 😂
All jokes aside: this video is very helpful to start actually enjoying those early mornings.
Saida Bouj 😂😂😂😂😂
Saida Bouj can’t relate. Even when i was 3 -5 my mom would force me out of bed in morning and drag me there by night. 😂
@@lizasaakadze5411 Lol, I have to drag my 3 year old to bed at night but she still wakes up super early. She seems to need way less sleep than I do. But I will get my revenge once puberty hits her. :)
trueee!
The kids didn’t do it for me...(they’re late sleepers like me), but the puppy sure did! Lol! 6:30am is walk time and he won’t let me forget it! 😂
Having an exercise class to go to every weekday morning at 9 AM has given my life structure. That is what I particularly needed. It's a class that I really enjoy, with people I like, and it's only minutes from my house. Additionally, it only lasts 45 minutes... an hour or more would feel way too daunting for me. Weekends are for sleeping in if I want to, and having a leisurely start to the day. So I begin every day being productive (got my workout out of the way; any active things I do thereafter are a bonus), and when I come home I enjoy a warm shower with all my favorite fragrant products, and then I'm ready to nourish myself well. Before finding this exercise class I'd try my best to get up and get going for a walk, run or bike ride - but I kept procrastinating on my start time till eventually I lost motivation entirely and rationalized that I'd try again tomorrow... or next week... Then I'd be mad and frustrated with myself. So if you're like me and really thrive on structure, that's my advice. Do something you're accountable to, where people will notice if you don't show up, and they'll miss you. Works for me!
2020, on quarantine, procrastination took over, I'll definitely be doing this.. will give an update.. stay safe! 😊
What job lets you exercise every day at 9am?
Sadia in portuguese means Healthy; thats what i think seen her
Yes, it does.
Joao Paulo Sadia in Arabic means Lucky, that also applies to her.
Valentina Lobo Saudável means healthy and so does sadia. I hadn't heard of it before looking it up just now, it's probably more common in Portugal. I think maybe that's why the food producer's called Sadia
Really??? ❤️❤️❤️
@@sadiarouffami8205 Yep
Such good advice. I especially love the idea of gradually adjusting the time to wake up.
HELP PLEASE i have tried many times to wake up early.it lasts about 2 weeks but then in the afternoons i get very very drowsy and end up napping for 2-3 hours and this throws me off.even if i slept 8-9 hours the night before....any suggestions?
Jody Nagra I get up at 4:45 for work so trust me I feel the same way. If I'm really exhausted and feel like I have to sleep I'll usually SIT on the couch, put my head back and doze for a few minutes. If I lie down it's all over and I'll never sleep at night. I also find it helpful to have a cup of coffee (hot tea, hot chai, etc) and a snack around 3:00. Then I'll eat dinner around 4:30 and by 7:00 I'm starting my routine to get into bed at 8:00 and read for as bit. Keep trying!

I will never purposely wake up at 5 am lol but I still watched the video. I’ve been a night owl since a child and can’t go to bed before 11 pm and I need my 8 hours! When I wake up too early I’m just a zombie all day but it’s my goal to wake up at least 15 minutes earlier than my kids (usually around 7 am) so I can have some quiet me time before the morning chaos. I love the idea of sitting in silence for 15 minutes with some soothing tea.
I don’t even hear the alarm 😑

Wtf how?!
Try sleep if you can -alarmy it's a great app it will make sure u get up. Hope it helps..

Either turn it up or sleep sooner. It may help :p and also literally same when I first started waking up at 5.
I'm currently working with a sleep specialist. I had the best habits before I underwent cancer treatments as now I'm having to work really hard to reset my biological clock. The "timing" of this video is so perfect! 😉 thank you!!

I have depression so i sleep too long or i can't sleep. I have a mental breakdown evry morning for no reason and i almost throw up because of stress. :,)
Thank you for listening to my problems. Ur welcome

Oh where r u from?
I was just like you until I started to create habits (look for the Fabolous app) and meditate each morning at 6 or 7 am (Calm app). It's amazing how just simple habits can make your life just a little bit better :)
Get your vitamin D checked. I suffered depression 35 years, on pills, desperate. By accident got my Vitamin D levels corrected for surgery. Depression never returned as long as I take 2000 IU Vitamin D per day. Costs $4 per year. Good luck.
I was once a night owl and then shifted in being a morning person cause every night before I go to sleep, I'll keep praying that I'll still be alive tomorrow- knowing that I'll still have plans for my future and for my family's and to the other people. From then on, waking up felt gratifying.
wow, this helps and hopefully shall really help meeee! 8 years into insomnia + depression & it's so hard to move out from that shell huhu
thank you 💛 great day ahead 🌻
For an inter student ,the routine is so hectic....but in my case I do the same as mentioned above.......schedule everything and taking good sleep....spending a productive day.......i really love being a morning person......I LOVE MY LIFE nd watching sunrise and sunset everyday
3:32 That was the most graceful, effortless dismount of a bike I've ever seen! Lol. Great advice, as always. Thanks Sadia!
Desiree Lozada That is so funny!! A peaceful dismount. Good Eye ☺
Sadia, I smiled when I saw the title of today's video! I'm on the second morning of getting up with my husband about two hours earlier than is our usual habit. It feels soooo good to be up earlier, and I truly want to become a "morning person." :) Thank you for your tips!
It's nice you've got a partner in crime; keeping each other accountable and doing it as a team must really help! ❤
I find it lovely that people wake up to relaxing music/ podcasts / etc. I need party music or else i will find it relaxing and sleep through it 😩
I have to agree with what she said about enjoying her time when the world is still quiet; that's one of the things I enjoy about getting up early. Something else that makes me happy is when I look out of my balcony window and see cars driving around, because it's comforting to know that I'm not the only one up so early. It's almost like being part of some tight-knit community or exclusive club.
Damn, it's like you're reading my mind... I've watched tons of morning routine videos already but you managed to give new and insightful tips!
I'm glad you find it helpful, Quijote :)
I really needed to see this. I have been a night owl for many years and yet I crave more morning time to set a peaceful and productive day. I appreciate that your clips never come off as absolute or judgmental . I am so grateful for your channel and website. I am at a big transition time in my life. Watching your clips and reading your content has been very inspiring and healing for me. 🌸💕
My motivation to get up early in the morning , is that I get up to pray fajir and continue my daily activity and go to bed early.
i am like you, and i would put my alarm on the last 10 minutes before sunrise to gain more sleep, but after a while i started to wake up without an alarm, as if an angle will nudge me to wake me up just as fajr call for prayer comes on, it is such a beautiful and serene feeling to pray early in the morning. it sets your whole day to be a giving, productive happy time.
YUP....... I JUST GET OUT OF BED TO PRAY FAJR.......AND ITS JUST AMAZING TO START YOUR DAY
This girl is literally so so calm and at peace
So much respect and love for you, Sadia
why is your timing always so perfect haha
I think the host’s voice itself can soothe my entire day. A gift in itself.
Una mattina has been on my alarm for 5 years now. I have lived in 3 cities, enrolled 2 unis and graduated from high school, and changed 2 phones. But that tune remained constant 💙💙
I trained to be a morning person! I have an alarm set in the evening that reminds me to turn off the electronics and get ready for bed... In the morning first thing is that I boil water for my tea and do my bed while it is boiling. That way the morning is started and everything else gets easier afterwards.
I'm with you on the boiling hot water first!
I like the evening alarm - good idea!
tabeazoe evening alarm is new to me iam gonna start right now
I'm a night owl for sure! I've tried the transition a few times, but ir never worked out for me. Now I'm going to try it again with your tips. I think it might work (I hope so).
me too.
Night owls unite!
actually research shows that there are people who are just not fit to be early risers and trying to transition would cause many health and mental problems for them. www.bbc.com/capital/story/20171114-why-you-shouldnt-try-to-be-a-morning-person
I'm also a night owl. Getting up early hasn't worked for me no matter how many times I try.
I am a terrible night owl.. at one point I was going to bed at 5 or 6am and waking up at 4pm XP
I'm trying to be a morning person now because I have a job that requires me to start early. One tip I found really effective is to only use your bed for sleep and never lie in your bed awake.
Another fantastic tip is to reset your circadian rhythm by going outside for 10/15 min first thing after you wake up so your body feels the sun and realizes it's time to wake up
NEVER in my life I would consider waking up at 5 am in the mornings , especially knowing my work didn’t start till 4 pm in the afternoon , but started waking up at 5 am 6 months ago , and been very consistent about it up until now , can’t even tell u the amazing benefits that I have been experiencing by waking up early .. My focus has improved dramatically, my mental clarity has definitely been impacted in a positive way , my health improved since I started going to bed at 10 at night , and I get a lot of stuff done rather than waste time ... At age 43 , I feel like I am sitting on top of the world ...
I'll come back to this at a later day. Currently dealing with an 8-month-old who still wakes every 2 hours (or more!) every night. 😴
Cidalia Martins ....same here....😀😀
So much respect for moms, keep up the good work 💜
Being a mom to a young one is exhilarating and exhausting. You get sleep when you can!
Cidalia Martins in the same boat as you 😪😴
What made me become an early bird is Yoga 🙏🏼 since I started practicing I always wake up early to practice and then have a nice and slow breakfast 💙 loved this video!
Naki Nakiii vedi vedi chi si ritrova 😍❤
Can you recommend some yoga exercises or a yt video with yoga that helped you?
Olusiowa try Suryanamaskar, it's easy to begin with. At least 5 sets, take rest between each set. Chanting Om thrice will also help in easing out a lot.
Olusiowa, check out Yoga with Adrienne or Fightmaster Yoga, both are channels here on YT. Especially Adrienne is awesome, she has great beginner's practices
Yeeees. I listen to PickUpLimes and YogaWithAdriene every day.
I’m a notorious night owl. I’m trying to practice more self-care, and I know waking up earlier would help me fit some of those practices in.
You are so stunning, your voice is soothing, and your content is fantastic.
I was always a night person.
But then something suddenly changed and i was craving for daylight but my fucked up sleep schedule wasnt helping.
As the daylight would start to fade, so would be my energy to do anything. I guess this is what growing up is like.
I was trying hard to fall asleep early but would always end up staying awake till 7am.
A week ago i fell asleep at 10. And woke up at 4. I HAD SO MUCH TIME.
And now i am trying to keep up with it.
I always take a shower at night. And i guess that has helped me getting a good sleep.
There is a reason why our circadian rhythm is set up the way it is. Waking up early feels good and productive. I am loving it.
I love your channel because your videos are always filled with such gentle reminders. It's easy to forget that when we learn something new, we are bound to forget it unless we practice it or hear it frequently. Your videos are bringing me back to center over and over again ❤️
This was lovely to read, Destiny. Thank you for sharing ❤
“Gentle reminders” that’s seriously the best way to put it, I love that. :)

Today I came across your channel. This is the third video that I'm watching. I aspire to have a life like that. Though I'm an early bird, I have a chaotic life. Thanks for your wise words. Love from a 17y/o.❤ India🇮🇳
I always wanted to be a morning person, but it was "impossible" to me. Since hurricane Maria hit us, due to the lack of electricity, I was "forced" to go to bed early, and that's how I suddenly became a morning person... im so grateful for this, it has helped me in so many ways! Its so rewarding!
I love to be the early morning person. I get inspired, strength and peach a lot. I enjoy the quiet early morning time while my families are still sleeping and the city is to be started a new day. But I also have difficulity that sleep early at night.
I'm a night owl. I'm really having the hard time to switch into being an early birl. But glad to watch this vlog and i got inspired and i'm ready to transform into spending my day wisely by being an early bird.Thank you so much for this.😘
I dont think you understand how much I adore your videos and channel. Im sure you're proud of both and I find that itself to be very inspiring. Im actually both, I used to be a hardcore night owl but I've always been a morning person at heart, now I currently wake up at around 5 (prayer time) then just stay awake for the rest of the day when most people in my area go back to bed :) Its so much more beautiful and productive that way I found
I'm such a morning person! I LOVE the magic hour that the early morning brings! Bed by 8, usually. Thx for your wonderful ideas and beautiful video.
İ have definitely switched from being a night owl to a morning person for the fact that it gives me that plus time alone and i absolutely love it, i can do my exercises and i can get some studies done as well! But most importantly not having to be rushed in the morning while heading to university.
I didn’t use to, but I’ve lately become an early bird and I love mornings so much
my first impression: how can a human have such clear and flawless skin--
I came here looking for advice. I am a night owl, I love night time! I need to change though thanks for the tips I feel inspired now💜
i am much a night owl, but waking up early give me soooo much positive energy, make me much healthier and productive. sometimes i woke up later, but keep working so that i can sleep earlier
your videos are seriously like a breath of fresh air, in such a noisy world, thanks for the tips! excited to gradually move into more relaxing mornings :)
I am transitioning from night owl to a morning person.. this is so helpful. Your previous videos have helped me a lot. This video is what I needed!! 😊👍🏻
I had always been a night owl...like i used to be awake till 3 to 4 AM in the Morning and it was very much satisfying but before two years when i started waking up early like at 5 to 6 AM I could never go back to be a night owl again and it felt awful when i try to be awake past 1 PM....and yes
whatever you have mentioned is so right and thanks for sharing such a great video.....
And Congratulations for 3 million subscribers I have been your follower for the past 1 year and I have seen all your videos ( and i guess i am watching this video for the 3rd time ) and your positivity is on another level...thanks for inspiring many to stay healthy and peaceful.
As I’m not really a “people” person and absolutely TREASURE my personal time against going to work and being pummeled with requests from others who often think that their project is the only project, I find that the thing that is most warm and inviting are having pets. I’ve had dogs and, now, have cats because the rules have been changed where I live. But, as I find there to often be more humanity provided by my pets than my workday, they provide a warm and loving way for this life long night owl to be exhumed in the morning.😆 Also, as I walk one of my cats on a harness and leash, as he is amenable to it and even loves people and dogs, he keeps me in touch with nature. Without my 2 angels, I’d likely go to work, go home, field problems from work and family and that might be the entirety of my life.
This is exactly what I was waiting for, I've recently stated my intention for being a morning person, and I hope to slowly get there, maybe not as early as 6.30, but better than my current time
I used to be a night owl sis ❣
But since I have seen this I got motivated...
It has been 1 week since I saw this video and I have already kept some steps in becoming a morning person and I'm still keeping some ❤..
I swear telling that u literally changed my life and I can feel the changes... Lots of love ❣
I have always been morning person! But I tried to become night owl when I was in high school but later i realised morning are the best.
Hey, I have been recovering from PTSD due which I used to have seizures on a continuous basis and now nightmares. Your vlog has allowed me to introspect and has been highly useful.
I have transitioned from being a night owl to a morning person and one thing that worked for me was meditating before I sleep. I sit on my bedroom floor and remove every single thought before I go to sleep. Before I do this routine, I usually have had finished preparing my bullet journal's skeleton for the next day and tasks aligned and have taken a nice green tea to soothe my body.
Meditating for 10 mins and stretching and has helped me reduce nightmares and wake up feeling better than before. :)
Thank you.
I'm definitely a night owl and I really desperately want that to change. I don't have a hard time waking up in the morning, but I have a hard time falling asleep early haha. Thank you for your tips, Sadia! Really enjoyed watching this video ^-^
I don’t know u. But I’m so jealous that ur life is so organised 😭
I'm such a night owl... Always have been. But as I've grown older and the way my body feels and also moving back to my home state of Alaska, time is of the essence! We have very short days and the darkness comes at about 4:30. So I've been learning that I really need to wake up early to get things done. I've been having a hard time with this because I'm a night owl. But I have realized I have got to change that. Thank you so much for this video. Tonight I am going to sleep earlier 15 mins before I usually go to bed and set my alarm for 15 mins earlier than what I usually wake up, I do believe that just these 15 mins will help regulate my body easier into getting up early! Thank you for sharing!! 🥰
I can agree that a sleep deprived body can make people think you are intoxicated. I use to do security over night and the day before I had got off work from doing an overnight and I didn’t get much sleep because my aunt and her kids who lived with me for a while where loud and making noise so I went to work very sleep and I didn’t go to sleep but when I got home in the morning on my birthday I had to do something with my mom when I just wanted to get some sleep before I had to be to work tomorrow afternoon and I just started crying because I was so tired. And then I started falling up the stairs I could walk and in public if you saw me my eyes where blood shot and I could focus and I just kept walking like I was drunk and I almost walk into on coming traffic I was seeing two of things I was out until I had to go to my hair appointment as soon as I got there I went to sleep while she was doing my hair and I woke up when she was done but I can agree you act like you are drunk my mom had to watch me
Well I'll be darned. I sincerely watched this thinking wow, is she even aware that some ppl's body clocks are just NOT morning ones?
But as skeptic as I was, your video, as simple as it is, makes sense. I'll try a few things. If not to become a morning person, at least alleviate morning stress.
thanks!
I love being a productive morning person, until, every month, my PMS cycle royally destroys any hope of a morning schedule 😂
Daamn Its Cassandra Bankson... :D

I finally found my twins ,girl i go through the same thing too LOL
Finally, my soulmate😂😙😂!
I was a morning person but now because of my mental health issues, I love to sleep 10 hours a night sometimes (bad I know). That's just because I feel so bad about everything lately. I hope to change that again in 2020 💕
I don't really have a morning routine... It depends on class assignments I have to finish.. I notice I feel better when I wake up early in the morning... I love your videos😊
You‘re such a warm and kind person!☺️
Your life is too perfect!

No one is perfect.
following her for 3yeas now, I've come to just understand that she practices minimalism very well... and that appeals to me. (becuz I haven't gotten there yet) hence, the cleanliness, organization and upliftedness comes off as 'perfection'-- which is clearly not the case😘
Something I've been doing lately is setting an alarm for one hour earlier to alert me that I should be in bed. For the past nights I haven't made it in to bed at the exact time I had the alarm set for but it still has the affect of me saying in my head " I should be in bed". So I have actually been in bed earlier than I normally would have been. It works the same way when you want to be out the door by a specific time and you give yourself an earlier time so that you will actually be wherever it is on time! Last night I finally was in bed by 10 pm and asleep by 10:30pm, up at 6:30 am! Big improvement for me! I had it on track for awhile but then since I was off track it has taken me forever to get back!
Night owl to early riser. . Thanks to my plants whom i love to watch in the morning
I love these videos of yours, Sadia! You have such wonderful tips for a healthier, more mindful and wiser life! I set an alarm clock for bed so I remember to go to bed on time and also have disabled snooze. So helpful!
Thank you, Nisha ❤
Hahaha i've never thought of setting an alarm FOR bed. Thanks! I'll start doing that.
It's so useful! otherwise, i stay up way too late.
I still have habit of ignoring that "going to bed alarm" hahhaaa :D Hopeless, but I think that I need to compine ALL the tips from the video and I might get into changing my habits a little healthier side. I think that the best of advices from Sadia was: "something to wait for"...You know, it is easy to go to bed early on Christmas evening, because you know that at the morning you have all those presents...so earlier you go and do your sleeping, earlier that morning comes.....LOL, I'm such a child :D
This came at a perfect time, for the past few days i had changed my sleeping routine and started to wake up early at sunrise and it really helps!
Omg
hey just me...it's just me...just me
Just Me 😂
You're so calming.. ❤️
I'm a night owl but working towards being a morning person. I have been watching your videos each morning and they're very helpful for making me see the bright side and how amazing the mornings to yourself can be :)
It´s not really recommend to force oneself against your behavior when it comes to sleeping, unless you see major health problems through it. The night is pretty nice as well. U dont have to force yourself to be a morning person, people should enjoy what they like, not to be forcing to themselves something they are not.
This girl though, she's amazing and so inspiring
I just came across your channel and I’m loving it so much. Your advice is so practical, positive, and motivating! Sharing it with all my friends that need it

You’ve given such amazing advice that I believe I can actually make the switch. I’ve always been a night owl and used late night as my retreat. But I’ve always wanted to make the switch to mornings. I’m actually going to start tomorrow and implement these great ideas. Thank you! 💜
