Waking up at 4am! In this video, I wake up at 4:00am to share with you a crazy productive morning routine :) waking up at 5am or waking up at 6am seems more common nowadays, but waking up at 4am is possible, too! 4AM is a good time to wake up. I'm always up that time for my 5am long run before work.
What time do you go to sleep in order to be up at 4, if I may ask
@@PurpleSirens Usually about 10pm. That allows 6 hours of sleep before waking up. I'll catch up on a power nap after lunch, which allows me to get enough energy to keep going in the afternoon.

So good to see other people waking up at 4am. Mine wasn’t noble - spatial planning in South Africa during apartheid meant that black people lived miles from good schools (previously reserved for white people). My father fought for me to get into one of these schools, and the only bus out of the township left at 5:15, so I had to wake up at 4am. Body clock never recovered even at 41, and I’m glad it never did.
And I’m glad there’s many other people that wake up at that time, BY CHOICE 😂😂😂.
