- Waking up at 4am :) here is a very productive day in my life filled with journaling, cooking easy Korean food recipes, tutoring, substitute teaching, and a ton of productivity. Waking up at 4am feels similar to waking up at 5am. Since I started substitute teaching to still connect with my roots of being a teacher, I've had to wake up earlier to fit in my workouts and get all of my work done. I hope this motivates you to be more productive and to wake up earlier with me :) would you try waking up at 4am?

I don’t get up at 4am but I get up at 5am and I started praying every morning and reading a section of the Bible as well, it has changed my life. Getting up at 5am has helped me get some chores/task done throughout the day so it’s not overwhelming I love your content and glad I came across your videos! Your so inspiring! ❤
This is what I do today to get up a 4am. Getting up at 4am can change your life where you have enough space and time to get the tasks done even chores and maintaining your body. I have checked it out on online!
