  • Have you been struggling with the plagued Nintendo Switch Joycon drift issue? Well I’m going to show you how to fix joycon drift, and how to do it without having to take apart your controllers! But, if for some reason you can’t ship out your controllers, I show you how to replace the joystick in your joycons too! This is the easiest way to fix joycon drift and I can’t wait to share this with you! Not a lot of people know about this nintendo program and I'd like to at least help one person out there save money and not spend another $80 on brand new joycons.
    Go here: en-americas-support.nintendo....
    If you need joystick replacements, here’s the one I used.

    Mother of five children here. I can't thank you enough for sharing your knowledge. My seven year old son has been waiting for months for mommy to spend $80 on new controllers and I just never seem to fit it in my budget.
    Today, Alex, my seven year old son accidentally bumped into your video and asked me to watch it.
    I will send his joy-cons out ASAP.
    While watching your video I laughed out loud when you said that you can even save those $3 by just taking what you need.
    Since I had headphones on my son didn't understand what I found so funny. I explained to him what I laughed about and he said : " oh, I thought that was annoying ".
    So there you go, depending on where you are in life something is acceptable or not.
    Take care and good luck to you.
    PS: I bet that if you make a TomTom version of this video it would go viral.

    • @joshernsteen2066
      @joshernsteen2066 Před 2 lety

      They must have a specific obscure website saved somewhere on their corporate computers to allow them access to your pokemon boxes in Sword and Shield if there ever is problems in a person's specific game save file. They had to step in personally to fix Zarude not being scared when Pokemon Home and the game did not do it as intended by the game code. The instructions for it being scarfed is completely in Japanese since Nintendo of Japan fully made Zarude when they recieved no orders from the corporate office. It was fully finished by the time of when the Zarude movie was supposed to have been in theaters in Japan. I did my research surrounding this topic, so I know what I am talking about here. Just because the Zarude that you have in your game is coded to have the scarf on it, it might not have it right away. It will also likely be the exact same information that you are going to find as well, considering that a dev also tried to find out more information about a certain topic matter; and only came across that specific bits of information as well.

    I used to think for the longest time that Joy-Con drift wouldn't happen to me since I take really good care of stuff. I had my switch for over a year without drift so I assumed it was just a type of defect... Until they both started drifting suddenly and I was proven so wrong. So I went out and bought a pro-controller (cause it's actually worth the money) and played docked exclusively for about 6 months while my Joy-Con sat in a box because I knew I'd find a solution some day. Lo and behold I stumbled onto your video, I always knew that sending them in was an option but you're the one who taught me how brain dead easy and cheap it was so thank you. Quick tip for shipping labels: I like to use a sandwich bag or ziplocked bag to protect the label that is usually printed on cheap paper with cheap ink. First, I insert the shipping label so that the front is facing the clear side. Then, I cut off the zipper side and tape the opening shut. Lastly, tape the "laminated" label to the package. Now my shipping label is safe from the elements like rain, snow, or rips and staining. Most times I use duct tape, but regular tape does just fine too. I came up with this idea after having packages lost in the mail because of damage to the shipping label (scraped or the ink ran or smudged).

      I hate that video. It's based on nothing. Actually really pisses me off. Nintendo is NOT trying to get you to buy more joy-con to replace your broken ones, and they do acknowledge drift and repair it for free. People don't understand that companies hardly make any profit off of hardware sales, in fact sometimes it's even sold at a loss.

      @@pie4breakfast_drums Didn't Nintendo only start free repairs because people were upset or they got sued?
      Mind you if Nintendo didn't want us to buy new Joycons once ours start drifting they would probably be fixed by now or at the very least Nintendo would actually address Joycon Drift as a genuine issue which they don't (And if you're gonna say something about the repairs if I'm not mistaken Nintendo doesn't state outright that free repairs are for Joycon drift right? They just beat around the bush and imply it's for Joycon drift)

      Quick tip my guy: if you get drift, before anything money wise, try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. the most common cause of it is simply a TINY bit of dirt stuck in the base.

      I've exclusively had drift on my left analog sticks. Thankfully, my new Hori Split Pad Joycons only drift occasionally, but it really sucks that my official Nintendo cons don't work, since they're the only controllers I have that work with HD Rumble, Amiibo, and motion sensors. In terms of Amiibo support, I sometimes use my non-drifting right Joycon with the Hori left and it works great, but if I wanna play Splatoon 2, moving the camera is much easier with official Joycons since the motion support allows for camera movement via tilting the controller. It works so much better that way, and yet I can't play how I want to unless I use my knockoff pro controller, which I don't do very often, since I'm in the minority group of Switch users and I far prefer playing handheld
