This single wide house is one I know y’all are going to love! The manufacturer for this house is Cavalier Homes. The model for this home is the “Harding.” This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,170 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I'm honestly not sure how to feel about the 2 sets of patio doors though. I love the amount of light it allows in, but probably would have put in large windows instead.

The front and back slider doors, I wasn't fond of. Liked the kitchen and the master bathroom
It totally blows my mind at how vastly improved mobile homes are versus how they were in ‘70s. The interiors are just awesome!

I love the fact that this only has 2 bedrooms! I don't think I would have the sliding doors on the front, and I would definitely option in a tub, and 2 sinks in the main bathroom.
A claw foot tub would fit nicely in the space in the master bath. I’d opt to have the larger closet in the master as well. 90k is very affordable for what you’d be getting. Thank you, Chance!

Chance, you found one for me! I was beginning to think you wouldn’t find one. It’s not really 2 masters, but it checks off everything we need! Absolutely beautiful! I just got rid of my jacuzzi and put a huge shower in the master and love it! The closet needs to be bigger but it’s perfect 🤩. Now I want that in a double wide lol. We’ve been in this one 7 years and there is way too much we cannot live without now. It’s paid off so time for a new one! You are a sweetheart!!
Hi Chance, I’ve been silent for a long time. But I thought it was only fitting that I thank you for my almost perfect home! I love that open space in the main bath. Awesome! The water heater access in the utility room. Perfect! The price for a special order isn’t bad either. I’m not a fan of sliding glass doors like you are. But I’d put up with them for this house! Seriously…this is my dream home. You can stop searching. This is the one!!

I love the huge 2 bedrooms, but I don't care for the 2 sliding doors or the windows going down so low in the kitchen/dining room. Thank you so much for sharing Chance! Stay warm & safe travels.

Hey there Chance! This single-wide is a great home...and loved that you toured it (even though I know you were itching to get in to that modular beside it). I really like the two-bedroom single-wide plan...it make such a difference in the layout and what you can do with other options. One thing that surprised me (considering the high-end touches in the other parts of the house) is that they didn't include a transom window in the second bathroom. Also, I'm surprised that they didn't include a door to the closet from the master bedroom instead of the bathroom. Those would have been inexpensive changes that would have made a big difference. The large island was a nice size...even if I would prefer it to be all one level (but that's just me). There were so many upgrades to this house to make it more visually appealing. I would be interested to know if the special order on the two sliding glass doors was made in order to build a special wrap around porch to be built on-site, or something else like an ADA accommodation. (Just wondering) I do enjoy watching your videos - Most of the houses are WAY out of my price-range, but it's fun to look at them. Oh! and one other thing....I LOVE LOVE LOVE that this house didn't have a bathtub in the master bathroom! The shower is just right and I wouldn't change it either.

Love this but I agree with some of the comments about having 2 sliding glass doors. I would rather have a set of large windows. I personally would like a larger closet and shower than a tub. But that's just my preference. Thanks for finding this Chase! Hopefully we can start seeing more of these types of homes.

Love the size of the rooms in this home. Don’t care for the front sliding doors and would rather have large windows there like the ones where the table could go. I also agree with your wife I’d want a nice tub in the master bath. But overall the larger rooms are the win-win here! Nice one Chance!
You can always keep the sliding door locked and have the dining table there and big sliding window to look out upon the lake
One of the nicest single wides! I would put a shower where you would put the tub and make the closet bigger and put double sinks in. The sliding glass door in front would be replaced with the windows that are in the rear.

Chance, u toured the older Harding , it’s the one I wanted but no one in my area Carrys cavalier. So I’m so glad u showed and said Owensboro. They service Tn. too. And I needed a large 2 bedroom. So it’s perfect for me and my mom. You helped me find our new home. Thank you.

I'm glad to see a single wide with two bedrooms. However, this one isn't my favorite. I don't care for the kitchen island, the lack of windows in the living room, the additional sliding glass doors in the living room, the lack of shelving in the living room, and the too small closet in the master bath. Also it needs a pantry and linen closet. Thanks for trying though! 😊
Chance, I’ve been watching your channel for a while now and my husband and I live about 30 minutes from this dealership and we actually bought our home from them. They did have this home in the 3 bed 2 bath option. It was actually one we liked

I love the kitchen, I wasn't expecting it at all. I just redo the master bathroom. I use the second bedroom for the master it seems to way bigger. It really is a very nice single wide. Thanks for sharing with us and may you have a Blessed weekend.

I love it! I just wish there was more bedrooms. Also that sliding glass door in the front of home, I would put that in the master bedroom or in the back with the other one.

I couldn't tell if they were soft clothes or not. When you showed the price at the end I was in shock. I thought it was going to be closer to $150,000. There isn't a thing I would change. I think the bigger homes on this channel are nice, but I tend to favor and gravitate towards the smaller homes like this one. This could be a great starter home for one person or a couple. Maybe even for empty nesters looking to downsize. It has a great layout that’s functional and maximizes the space. Love that it has one bigger second bedroom as opposed to having two smaller bedrooms (as seen in the original floor plan). ♥️👍🏻 Thanks for putting up such great variety in homes, Chance!
I like this. The closet in the master is small, but a couple of IKEA wardrobes in the bedroom will give you more hanging space. Put a set of drawers between them and you will have a good space for a television.

This home would be perfect for someone my age who's retired. It's a beautiful home, thank you for sharing
One of the best single wides ever! I liked it. I saw a few things I would change like a stainless-steel farm sink with all the cooks' goodies, a roman shower which is a large, tiled shower you just walk in and I would have a jetted tub in it. I know it cost money but would be worth it. Also needs rain heads for the shower. All in all, lovely home with room!!! That's what I am talking about! It is just me and I would make the second bedroom a bead studio ha ha!
I notice a lot of these single-wides are the size of an apartment. Very spacious. Perfect size for us single people.
Nice entrance and kitchen. I wouldn't want sliding glass doors on the front next to the front door. The island is large, but they should have made it a solid even surface without the drop-down section. The refrigerator sticks out like a sore thumb. Either the counters are narrow or there needs to be a setback for the refrigerator to be more even with the front of the cabinets. I love the kitchen cabinets going to the ceiling and the door handles. Thank you, Chance, for showing this mobile home.

Great as a second home for snowbirds splitting their time between 2 states. I however did not care for the slider in the front of the home. Personally, I would prefer large windows. Also did not care for the extension to the bar in the kitchen. I would prefer more walking room in the narrow single wide. Lastly, would love to see a double sink in the master bedroom bath or more closet space. Looks kinda weird with nothing where the bathtub should would have been. Better yet the general layout of the bath could have been better. Pricing is low enough to add for some upgrades.
Great home and while watching I thought of the shower and how it can be where the tub could be...a larger shower. I see someone else thought of the same thing. A wider shower built into the wall is the way to go. The dining room, kitchen and LR is great, gotta love it. The front sliding glass doors were kinda strange but would go well if you have a front porch and the same with a back porch. Now I just need an equitable FL sratch off ticket.
The only thing I would change is the sliding doors in the living room. Replace it with windows. I love the 2 bedroom single wide!

Good Tour Chance..as Always..it's definitely got a good layout..I agree with you there should be tile in the Shower. Also I'd add another Sink in the Bathroom with the Shower..

I do have a challenge for you though..
I'm looking for a small double wide that's around the 100k mark...I know there are some really gorgeous singles that are beautiful but I have my heart set on a double...it just looks and feels more like a home...my 2 requests are , a tub in master bath and a nice kitchen with pantry...I still love looking at all the modular mansions but my wallet says no can do...lol
Very nice Single home, I definitely would like to see more of them. For this one. I wouldn't make the 2nd room and closet so big; just so I can make the living room bigger, take the sliding door from the living room and put big window that can open. The island in the kitchen smaller and take out the microwave and put a very good kitchen hood vent. For the master make a bigger closet, move the toilet on to the other side and make it into a water closet. Lastly put a soaker tub on angle across from the water closet. Thank you for dealing with these weather conditions we've been having lately, please stay warm and safe. 🙏🏼

I would want a transom window in that bathroom so it's not so dark. Love watching. Manufacturers I've never heard of and colors I would never have believed. Get to tour all these homes from the comfort of our own home without a salesman.

If I was in the market for a single wide this would be it. I like the end partitioned off by the kitchen wall. Perfect private suite for a guest or house mate or open floor area where a separate sitting area could be set up. Two separate living suites with a common kitchen.
Great house for us senior citizens. I have 2 tubs now but as all tubs they are a pain to clean. I wouldn't add another tub.
