Hey chief always been a pleasure watching your videos , so much that they even got introduced into our surgery tech class. I'm nearing my last term in the program, and your videos have definitely helped my rotation. A great video would be to show your setup, and show it as universal as you possibly can so people that give you a break can utilize your setup, and how to touch things only once, some days I have issues with doing that

Hello Shane Friedman, I am addicted to your videos. I’m not involved in the medical field. I will be having Aortobifemoral Bypass Surgery and was looking for videos about that surgery and also came across your videos. If I was not 61 years old, I would find a school to become a Surgical Technologist.
You have taught me so much. You have encouraged me to watch videos of Aortobifemoral Bypass Surgery. It was a bit strange at first, but I did get used to it. I have also watched other operations and a few autopsies videos too. Which were also strange at first, but I was able to watch them and not be bothered. Your videos
have caused me to search for other medical information to know. I believe everyone
should keep learning new things and to not ever stop learning. I have watched
numerous videos you have made and watched some over and over. To me you’re not
just helping surgical techs and students, but anyone interested in understanding what goes on in the Operating room. Respectfully I thank you Shane for sharing your knowledge and experiences. GOD be with you always.

Medicine is not my field and I know very little about it, but thanks to you I have a window on the inner workings of something I completely ignored the existence of before, thanks again for posting videos and keep it up!

That’s a lot of instruments! I’ve recently reduced all our trays down to the bare minimum to try and reduce the amount of work for the staff in sterile services as new guidelines state every instrument must be hand washed before going in the washer / autoclave... we’ve now got a basic set and lots of stuff in supplementary - double wrapped.
