Well, I honestly haven’t had to use their service. I do think there is a bit of sensationalism here on CZcams. Views = money. I also know MANY issues come from owners. A great example: one year Grand Design setup scales at their National rally. 80% of rigs were overweight. Grand Design is not perfect (nor are any other manufacturers) but 99% of the time they’ll do you right. That is a better percentage than most anyone else. All this to say we are Grand Design Ambassadors and have been for quite some time. I’m sure we may be treated with kid gloves from time to time. My perspective may very well be jaded considering these facts. I can also tell you I’ve grown to know some of the folks designing and building these units (Imagine specifically) and they definitely want a good product leaving the floor. I’d buy another Imagine.
I mean this in all seriousness: sweet Jesus there is still some honesty in this world. I really appreciate your response. I've seen a lot of people do some radically stupid things with TTs so that makes a lot of sense.
After seeing this, I would not consider buying any other design for such a small trailer. The front wrap around kitchen is brilliant.
I just love the design of this little trailer & I can tow it with my Tacoma too.

Yes. Can even pull the slide in when the Murphy Bed is down. It slides right under the breakfast bar.
