I am Ghanaian and I can CONFIDENTLY say that you will not find a single Ghanaian in this region who has a garden like this !I just love how beautiful and walkable this garden is! .In West Africa we lack the vision to create gardens like this , our compounds are usually completely tiled over or just packed earth !!. I live in the US and have gotten so many ideas from watching you and I am planning a long visit home to Ghana and I will be TOTALLY CHANGING MY COUMPOUND ! I have WARNED my husband that I will be digging up the whole compound and the first thing I am going to do is install the system of pathways like you have and then I am going to have flowers EVERYWHERE!! I will be planting trees for shade and an outdoor kitchen .I just love the whole secret garden vibe you have going on !!

My parents are from the Caribbean and it is extremely lush and beautiful just like what you see here in this video which btw happens to be the norm. I have been to Ghana twice and Nigeria once and I was totally shocked at how no one invests in a nice garden or surroundings especially that you are located in the tropics and have a similar environment or climate to what you would have in the Caribbean meaning that everything they have would grow in your region. Anyway I’m pleased that you have taken note of what ES has done with her garden because I believe that nature in itself is as near to God as you can ever get. Good luck with your endeavours.

YAY you kept the celery root!!! I saw that Cynthia from Black Acrea of Gambia kept her celery root & replant it that's why I mentioned it. She also does the same with pineapple heads, but they take 3 - 4 years to produce new fruit. CZcams University has tons of video about propagation all types veggies, its interesting.

E.S. you should cultivate your own garden of edibles that you n Vinman like so you don't have to go to the market to buy everything. It is so gratifying to know you eat what you grow. I love it. I love it that you remember to play. There’s meaning to the adage “all work and no play” as we see the results of that in our modern society of monotonous exhaustion. It’s important to have play - whether it’s you in the garden playing with the animals or playing a memory improvement app game on a smartphone or even going to Dave & Buster’s 😃
When we were children, we had all of the time to play and through play we learn. Also important which we did as children is cultivate our imagination. Imagination goes hand-in-hand with creativity and it shows in both your interior decorating and cooking. I also love that you’re unafraid to try new things as I see with the gardening, both indoors and outdoors. And even if the results don’t turn out well, you’re still trying - engaging your creativity and imagination, which is always a good thing.

When I ground my egg shells into powder I just sprinkle them on the dirt of the plant. When I plant Veggies I add a little bit of the egg shell powder with my dirt when I plant. I plant in pots/ large containers because I don't have a garden right now' and I have no problem. I grow whatever I desire. NOW' also u have A LOT of banana Peels. Cut ur banana peels up into pieces and Water let sit at least 24 hrs or more and Water ALL ur Veggies with it .. PS. Also u can grow ur own Pineapple plants or trees like u do with the Celery. By using the the Crown Stem of the pineapple 🍍. Ur celery should be resting above the water with only the very bottom touching the water. We do this by' sticking a toothpick on both sides of the Celery to help hold it in place. God Bless U both.🙏🏾🙌🏾💜🪻🌹🌻🌺🌷I enjoyed ur video and gave it a like 👍🏾
