    Cajun Seasoning blend:

    1 tsp Onion and Garlic powder

    Cheese in the grits! so that's how ya make em taste better. I mean there OK but not on my top list of things to make a bed of. I'm gona try some with cheese. Who'da thunk. Great vid.

      It's the cheese and then the sauce the shrimp are cooked in that will make those grits the best you ever had!

    Did you season the shrimps with the cajun seasoning?

      Yes sir! Sorry I forgot to mention that but it is not a necessary step. There's plenty of seasoning going on throughout this cook but I like to layer my flavors so yes I did season the shrimp and I let him sit in the fridge probably seasoned for 30 minutes to an hour. I do this most of the time when I'm making a shrimp dish and sometimes I just forget about it because it's just normal to me to preseason my shrimp and just kind of let them marinate depending on what I'm cooking but nine times out of ten I am preseasoning my shrimp and letting them marinate while I get everything else ready.
