      They did a bad repair at the time and that's why it collapsed initially

      UPDATE-ITS FIXED!!! Also running smooth-Even though it's a 500watt motor RPM decent still only running a smooth solid 7.8mph I can see I have an electrical fault so will now get it fully rewired and clean all boards etc like you also do...Thanks again for previous help...

    I am using a mobility scooter transaxle and motor for a different application, do you know if I could easily lock the rear differential as I’m going over wet muddy ground. Thanks, I’ve learned a lot from your videos 😎🤓

      Hi sadly I have never attempted the lock it for health and safety reasons. You would have to dismantle the axle and weld part of the gears sadly as I say I have never attempted it so you will need to hunt around to see what’s to weld or remove not really sure you may want to ask around sorry

    My TGA BREEZE S3 isn't fully charging, I've had it on charge but it's not fully charging, it's only on half a charge. There is only 2 of the 4 charging light's on the scooter that light's up and that's it. Basically i want to know why it's not fully charging, only showing half a charge. i've put it on charge quite a few time's now and not once has it fully charged my tga breeze s3 scooter. The scooter work's OK as in it run's and moves but it just won't fully charge. Help

    For your info that is a Rascal Ventura ,I have got one !!! I have a weird problem with mine, the pavements arou8nd where I live are very rough as a result the red freewheel lever keeps jumping out of fixed wheel and into freewheel .I have tightened up the screw that holds the lever in place but it still undoes Should I remove it completely and clean it up and use some Threadloc on it ot is there another way ? ?

    • @tomjacques4
      @tomjacques4  Před 2 lety

      Hi never heard that happening. Is there an issue wae something pushing the lever into manual when it hits a pump. Check that

    • @michaelratcliffe5493
      @michaelratcliffe5493 Před 2 lety

      @@tomjacques4 Hi thanks for coming back to me ,I have checked there is nothing that can hit it the Alun screw that holds the handle in place is just coming loose and because of very rough pavements it just jumps into freewheel . I once used cable ties to hold the handle in the motor mode which worked until I needed to move the scooter in freewheel mode!!!I was thinking of taking out the screw completely washing it thoroughly and then coating it in Threadloc seeing if that works Told you it was a weird one !!

      these are non serviceable units and when the bearings are gone as much as that they cause damage to the drive shaft which is not available as a spare part in the UK only the complete Axle,
