The more I see the video the more I realize just how artistic this was. They were fighting in the chambers of his heart, the girls were the 6 basic human emotions he was fighting, and he tied her ribbons to his broken heart strings. It’s honestly so beautiful and devastating. 😭❤️

Yes! So great to see someone get what the video is communicating. Song/video ends how it starts and the ribbons count the number of days he’s repeated the loop. Fantastic interpretation, too. I took it as the dancers representing the thoughts and feelings of someone he’s lost and every day, he fights a battle he can’t win with each loss slowly killing him, but I really enjoyed hearing your take, too.

Love this one, definitely grows on you the more you listen. I've also noticed, at least with myself, that some sleep token songs require a specific mood and/or mindset. I personally love their song "the night does not belong to god", which is another chill songs that you for sure should check out.
Sleep Token are a British band so it wouldn’t surprise me if they filmed this in a park. Lots of beautiful parks over there
Man you nailed the ribbon analysis. Also to add to that the song ends the way it begins also supporting the idea of it being a repetitive cycle. Brother you gotta check out Dark Signs, you will probably love it.

Loved your commentary too, I think you're onto something with your interpretation of the video. I'm not sure what the actual meaning is but I think you hit the head on the nail. My partner said (by her observation) that the white ties on the tree limbs shows every time it breaks his heart, which is symbolized by the falling on his sword. Gorgeous video. Great reaction my dude.
If you're going to do any more from them, I super suggest Dark Signs. Kinda got a trap/r&b feel to it

Lets get it! Good stuff man. This song grew on me the more I heard it for sure. I was skeptical when it came out as a single before the latest album. But its among the top of the album for me.

This is why I love Sleep Token man… so much variety throughout their catalogue while still being nothing but Sleep Token. I enjoy Calcutta myself but I like everything else from those EPs a bit more. The Love You Want is beyond incredible though

If there is a grower it is calcutta. At first couple of times I remembered only the beautyful lines and now it's one of my favorite sleep token song
Good thing with sleep token it that every song that can be found from album is stright fire ("sundowning" and "this place will become your tomb")
