"I wanna be forgiven" right as the floor tom/kick drum hit on "forgiven". It hits so hard
when everything crashes in, idk the drums and guitar coming in are emotionally gutting, and the gravel in his vocals are devastating to me. I don't get the sheer overwhelming pain in the room below version, there's sadness, but this version is crushing I find

On another note, I’m sure your list of songs to do is long already, but I would love to see you discover ERRA some day. ERRA - Nigh to Silence, it’s very melodic and emotional, but also heavy in a way I think you would enjoy. Either way, keep it up brother 🙏🏼

Gawd I remember first hearing this one and that guitar hit I started baling my eyes out and couldn’t stop and Jeez the crying omg I ended up getting one of those headaches from crying so hard… the beginning really had me deeply thinking too… and it’s like gawd and I swear this is going to be my most listened to song on Spotify this year it’s always on repeat I just can’t get enough of it it’s helping me cope with when I’ve been feeling to for the past 4 months 😣
Blood Sport is definitely one of my favorite sings and my favorite album closer - it has such a culmination to the whole album and the most emotional outro possible

If you want a new, incredible, gonna blow up, band in a similar vein to Sleep Token, you should react to Dead7 - Tape Mouth. I think what you're describing is sympathy vs. empathy, and it makes sense - the room below version causes you to have empathy, to feel WITH Vessel ... which is why I love it! Worship

I'm weird I guess because I actually vibe the from the room below version more than the album version lol. From the room below was the first song that got me into them and I've been down the rabbit hole ever since so I guess that's why it holds a more special place in my heart. Plus it doesn't help that I was going through some things when I heard it so it hit a little harder as well

Sleep Token's cover of "Is it really you?" by Loathe is another slow piano one that I think you'd enjoy :) The original by Loathe is really really good as well, I'd say try the original version and then Sleep Token's take on it

Hey Jen, as it turns out, Maria from In This Moment also has COVID and the Myrtle Beach show was postponed. My guess is they’ll reschedule it for the end of the tour, so keep an eye out. Hope COVID isn’t being too hard on you. Feel better! Worship.
They ended up playing in Greensboro, NC. I was there. It was one of the highlights of my life.

OFF TOPIC but I feel like you should put your music at least in the beginning of every video, like maybe a quick 10 seconds of the chorus (or maybe make an official intro) and then switch back into your reaction. It will soon stick to peoples head bc your music is actually good.
