    Ingredients:
    For Marination:
    1 cup yogurt
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tbsp mustard oil
    500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
    For Cooking:
    1 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp butter
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 inch ginger, chopped
    5-6 cloves garlic
    3 dried chili
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
    200 ml water
    50 grams cashews
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    1/4 cup cream
    1 tbsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
    Finely chopped coriander for garnish
    Instructions:
    In a bowl, mix together yogurt, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and mustard oil. Add chicken pieces, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
    In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add salt, chopped ginger, garlic cloves, and dried chili. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes until they become soft and pulpy.
    Stir in Kashmiri chili powder and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
    Add water, cashews, and dried chili. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat until the cashews are soft.
    Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
    Return the blended paste to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
    Stir in garam masala powder and cream. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
    Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
    Garnish with kasoori methi and finely chopped coriander.
    Mix well and serve hot with naan or rice. Enjoy your delicious Butter Chicken!
