    *Ingredients:*
    - ½ cup oil or ghee
    - 2 medium onions, chopped
    - 3 cloves
    - 1 black cardamom
    - 3 green cardamom pods
    - 1 cinnamon stick
    - 500 grams minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
    - 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    - Salt, to taste
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder (for color)
    - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - ½ teaspoon cumin powder
    - 4-5 small dried red chilies
    - 2-3 green chilies, chopped
    - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    - 1 cup whisked yogurt
    - 1 cup water
    - Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
    - Green chilies, for garnish
    - Red chilies (optional), for garnish
    - Ginger julienne, for garnish
    *Instructions:*
    1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook for about 5 minutes until they turn translucent.
    2. Add whole spices - cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick. Continue cooking until the onions become light brown and aromatic.
    3. Add minced meat and ginger garlic paste to the pan. Mix well and fry on high heat for approximately 5 minutes until the meat is lightly browned.
    4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add salt, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and dried red chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    5. Stir in chopped green chilies and tomatoes. Pour in the whisked yogurt. Fry for 5 more minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
    6. Add 1 cup of water to the pan. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat, allowing the keema to simmer and tenderize.
    7. Once the cooking time is up, uncover the lid and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the excess water evaporates. This should take approximately 10-15 minutes, but keep an eye on it.
    8. Garnish the keema fry with chopped fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, red chilies (if using), and ginger julienne.
    9. Mix well and serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
