How To Install ANDROID AUTO If App Is Not Available In Your Country

- This video is a simple way to how to install Android Auto on your phone even if the app is not available in your contry. The steps are 4 and you will find bellow in description.

The 4 steps to install ANDROID AUTO if the app is not available in your country or Play Store:
1. Search in Play Store the app TunnelBear (VPN changer)
2. Install the app, connect and make the tunnel to USA where is available.
3. Go in the phone Settings - Apps - Google Play Store (Storage and here click Clear Cache and Clear Data)
4. Go in Play Store and find/ download Android Auto app provided by Google
Disclaimer: If after this steps the app doesn't appear in App. Gallery you must put a new Google account and make all the steps with this account. After put your old account again and you'll have the app on the phone.
Many old Google accounts are not finding the app after the steps.
If Android auto is available in you country follow only the 4th step and use the app with pleasure and without incidents.
Regardless of the type of Android used on the phone there are same steps.

Im from slovakia and after following your steps new tunnel bear account old gmail account it worked .
So there are old accounts that are still working, this is the reason that we tell everyone to try first with the old one and if is not working to use the new one

Super! Tunnelbear trebuie folosit in continuu dupa instalare sau poate fi dezactivat dupa aceea?
Dupa aceea se poate dezactiva fara probleme chiar si sterge din telefon. Aplicatia se actualizeaza dupa aceea normal fara probleme si fara a mai fi nevoie de alta aplicatie suport.

Hello please help me. I followed all the steps & yeah it works but the problem is I am using android 10 and the app is pre-installed. The app does not shows up and I can't open it. In playstore in only show "UNINSTALL" button. Please help me

If the app is in your phone then try ro stay on the VPN all the time when you are using the app. Try like this and write us about the result.

@@pavel5283 is because your gmail account is old and the data are there in the servers. You can make a new account install the app and after put your old account in the phone because all your data are there.
I had the same problem on my Samsung S10 and like this I manage to have in this phone the app

I'm Ukrainian and trying to use it in Poland, but I still cannot find the app on Play Store after connecting to the USA VPN and clearing the cache and data.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9 and can't find Android Auto app in Play Store with VPN on
@@yuliiavolbyn6449 try to clear cache again and restart the phone. If is not working you must use a new gmail account. After instalation you can switch to the old account. Probably this is way is not working because the gmail account is old

i couldnt still open the app, there is only the 'uninstall' button on the play store

I don't have a Google play store in my samsung s20, and when I downloaded it didn't want to install it?
On every phone with Android you' ll find Google play store.
Look into phone because this is a app that you dont download because is native

The layout of Android auto cant be changed even you have full update

@@gibanica87 yes not in all the countries the update si made equal. Maybe you ll get it soon in your country too. You can check on the internet and maybe you ll find a date

Am urmat toți pașii dar nu îmi apare android auto google. Am un huaweip20pro
Mai ai o varianta sa bagi alt mail de google in telefon pentru ca daca e contul vechi si sunt anumite date in cloud se poate sa nu mearga
Am patit si noi pe un Samsung S10 cu un mail foarte vechi si am facut un mail nou pe acel telefon si a functionat
Daca te mai mai putem ajuta cu un sfat apeleaza cu incredere
se poate din cauza faptului ca cei de la Huawei nu mai folosesc serviciile Google . Incearca totusi si cu un mail nou. Pana acum am facut teste doar cu telefoane Samsung S6, S10, A5, A20 si a mers cu una din variante. O sa incercam si cu un terminal Huawei si revenim cu detalii

Eu am galaxy a6 si imi apare ca o am instalata dar nu o pot deschide, adica nu e niciun buton
Apare ca fiind instalata deoarece contul de gmail e foarte vechi si nu se poate sterge tot istoricul
Varianta 1 se poate folosi Android auto chiar daca nu apare iconita acesta activandu-se arunxi cand se lega la navi
Varianta 2 facetinun cont nou de google si urmati aceiasi pasi
In acest caz o sa mearga si iconita si o sa fie vizibila
Cel mai bine e sa introduci un cont nou de google si o sa mearga cu siguranta

If you have a old google account is possible not to work. But you can put a new one and then add the old one.

Cum ii pot face update la aplicație?
Aplicatia o sa apara cu update uri in Magazin Play atunci cand vor fi disponibile.
Ea la descarcare se instaleaza cu ultima versiune valabila in tara unde a fost stabilit VPN ul asa ca e posibil sa fie updaturile pentru Europa la zi cu cele din tara unde a fost mutata locatia.
