Rishi Sunak | A Christian Country with a Hindu PM!! | Akash Banerjee

  • There was a time when United Kingdom used to rule almost the entire world…& the ‘Sun never set on the British Empire’....today that same UK was forced to choose a non-white & a practicing Hindu as the nation's Prime Minister. What role does Sunak's past and his religion play in role as PM of England - what are the challenges he faces and has England atleast shown us the way that diversity is not a problem - rather it offers a solution with the going gets tough.

I thank to Liz Trus because she realised that she can't fulfill her promise, so she resigned. She didn't want to harm her own country. Unfortunately, modi failed every promise and now enriching Adani to 3rd richest by waiving tax from adani and cutting tax from poors. Modi will sale country but never will resign. In Netherland, health minister resigned because of an ambulance accident and one pregnant women died. In India, in corona lakhs of people died without oxygen, no one resigned. Also he was never their preferred candidate, currently nobody wants to get into the mess in the UK economy. Also it's their right wing party who had chosen him, and most of the hate he's getting is from the conservative party supporters. In Indian context imagine if all out of sudden BJP decided to make a Christian or a muslim as a PM, that time who will opposed him?? @@ArghyadeepPal let me help u with the full fledged definition so you don't label uk as another North Korean lol. Here you go :-
The United Kingdom is a constitutional monarchy in which the reigning monarch (that is, the king or queen who is the head of state at any given time) does not make any open political decisions. Notice the word "does not make any open political decision" which implies the true power lies in the PM. Also I don't need the definition of uk goverment, I'm a political major . I very much know what form of goverment system exists there.

@@ArghyadeepPal also your statement doesn't make sense. What point are you tryna make tho? That india is more secular than uk( I believe) ? By definition of Indian Constitution :- yes. By reality( at the moment) it's a big no. You can be in denial as much as you want. But that's the situation. Not that I care much about it tho.
