    Hi everyone, in this video I share FIVE things that I wish I knew when I started my health and fitness journey! I grew up playing sports (though never great) and in late high school and college I got into healthy eating and workout out. After college, I began to dive deeper into the work of health and fitness and really started to take this journey seriously but looking back 5/6 years later, there are some things I wish I did differently. Everything I’ve learned has gotten me to where I am today but these things could’ve helped me reach my goals faster and feel better while doing so! No matter wee you are on your journey, consider if these are some things that you could also do different in order to improve how you feel overall.       2 full body lifting days in the gym, 2 yoga days, 1-2 long (45mins-1hr) neighborhood walk days, the days I don’t have anything planned I’m usually at work moving cameras and lighting around so still getting some movement in
