A slyšel jak řve Gólll!!!! 😁Tento zápas jsem sledovala tenkrát v Chorvatsku v Šibeniku na němckém programu, to bylo něco. / This is the first time I've seen this in another language. And it's great to hear the commentator support of Czech hockey players. And he heard Gólll yelling !!!! - I watched this match at the time in Croatia in Šibenik on the German program, it was something. 😁Thanx for this video.

I don't understand him anything (except names), but it's great to listen to him. Suomi (Finnish?) is a beautiful, interesting language and the commentator is also perfect for listening :) I wish I understood him.

Well if Sweden would have tied the game with only 8 seconds left in the last period and then finally won the game, the commentator would have shouted as loud and that's why we finnish people love him so much. No matter which tams are playing, he always makes you feel awesome when someone scores!

@ProudToBeAFinn I checked the video from 1999 WC FIN-SWE and commentator was really awsome. Your commentator really RULEZZZ :) Is he always commenting ice hockey?
please tell me why he's so excited about czechs, If I understood him I would think of he's very hard fan of czechs :) but this match was after czechs beated finland so I'd expect him being supportive for swedish...

Fini a Svedi se moc nesnesou uz i z jejich historickych duvodu. Ta rivalita je tam stejna jako kdyz hrajou USA s Kanadou nebo Cesi se Slovakama. Stejne tak bych fandil Slovakum kdyby nas treba Rusove poslali domu a oni je pak porazili.
Nicmene komentar je naprosto genialni.
@kladenak Naopak, oni se tam na severu mezi sebou moc rádi nemají. Je to taky z historických důvodů něco jako my a němci :)

since year 1993 when Czechs split up with Slovakia... Czechs wins 7 gold medals at World Championships from these medals was 3years. year by year 1999,2000,2001 Gold Hattrick!!! WoW. Then 1 silver medal and 3 bronz medals. so in last 17 years Czech win 10 medals at WCH...by the way they also win Oympic Gold in 1998 and bronze in 2006!!!I just want to say Czechs are very good

3x Gold is better than 6x Silver, isnt it? Teams are remembered from 1st positions, not 2nd. And i think that IVY Gold medal counts to russias record too from Albertville, im not sure though. But it is really kind of nonsense to talk about 1992-2010 period, when all that matters is the whole history, because in this case CCCP records are counted into Russias record. Again correct me if im wrong.
But better team overall still is Russia, you cannot get past that when you think about it.

You said that Finns have beaten Russia more than Russia have beaten Finns in the hockey history since -92, Russians have more wins overall. The Soviet records are actually counted to Russias record so your argument is kind of invalid.
Anyway..
Russia [+IVY -92] has Gold medal from Albertville, Silver from Nagano and Bronze from salt lake city, also 3 WC's
Finland has Silver from Torino and Bronze Lillehammer+Vancouver and 1 WC.
Which one is better team overall? Russia.
