Cooking fish in the village and nature by village mothers and girls! They spend the whole day in the heart of the Alborz mountains doing village life and cooking, and they live a peaceful life in this land! Who knows, maybe the secret of the special flavor and pleasure of their cooking lies in the eternal peace of the nature of this border!
They cook the fish in two very different and special ways, which include boiling it in water with vegetables and then cooking it with a special sauce of wild plum; In both ways, you will see in the video, they prepare an incredibly delicious and delicious dish, the special taste of which is indescribable!
