Cooking Nazri lentil pilaf with minced meat in the village

- In our village, there is a ritual according to which some residents cook a simple but hearty meal to feed the stomachs of the low-income class and distribute it among them.
One of these dishes is lentil pilaf with minced meat. Lentil pilaf is rich in iron due to the presence of lentils and rice in its content, and in combination with red meat, it also supplies the body with protein.
The villagers have a special interest in this dish and the mother and daughter of the village are also very skilled in cooking it. Therefore, our lentil pilaf will be welcomed by the people of the village!
The necessary ingredients for cooking this dish are:
lentils
Rice
Mince Meat
Raisins
an onion
tomato paste
How to prepare:
After boiling, combine rice and lentils and pour them into a pot to cook.
Grate the onions and fry them together with the minced meat, add some spices and tomato paste, and fry the raisins a little on the side, pour the cooked minced mixture and raisins on the cooked rice and serve Our delicious is ready!
