How did Caroline change eye color?-is done by doubling the clip on the timeline and adjust how much of the double clip is shown and then color grade?
I suspect that's in Justin, yes, likely using the Cropping tool with some edge blur to isolate that portion of the image so that the effects are only visible there.

Why in my app Music doesn’t have sound on the timeline only the mini player ?

Could it be that you are placing the Music clip on a track that is muted or has track volume very low, as set in the track control headers on the left end of the Timeline? If that's not it, you might be seeing a bug or some incompatible media, depending on how you're accessing the Music files.
