Thanks Jesse! Me too. Sam put into words how I'd always felt about the CRM. The bit about the company blaming ME for the CRM's problems was a lightbulb moment. I'M NOT THE PROBLEM. The darn CRM is!!! I feel seen.
For the life of me, I could not perform a simple edit on CRM and it dragged on for about 10hours! This is apparently not the fun part of being an AM. Yes. I would rather clean toilets. :(

Hahaha, I hate to laugh but it's funny cause it's true! The CRM can be infuriating. I'll help you clean those toilets! 🚽🚻
