Hi Ope loads of hugs and kisses you do not have to come out to disclose but if it helps with your healing journey it is fine Remember that you are not alone as there are loads of people living in the same situation. Your life has not ended as from research you can live a normal life continue to be strong like you said stigmatisation is the main issue.

I don't see the need crying though, how do u want those that are new to the virus to feel. People are more aware of the disease now more than it used to be. Back then, the drug was close to 100k, but now it is free, there's still hope.
