'Recently bought this and had a couple of limp mode issues '
🔎 Initial inspection found little of note with no excessive rattles, leaks, etc., but the tell tale bass rumble from the carbon buildup present.
    📊 Initial code read found:
P0134-23 Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit - No activity detected
    P0299-20 Turbo Underboost
P2196-26 Heated O2 sensor right upstream not switching correctly.
🔎 Live data all showed injector fuelling was acceptable, but coolant temperature values were only reaching 82°C at best and dropping to 69°C with the heating on - a new thermostat would be a great idea.
🧑‍🔧 On with the clean and it soon smoothed out, quietened down and by the end it was quiet, smooth and responsive again. The owner can now take it for inspection to resolve the sensor issue, get a new thermostat and should the underboost issue persist then get a smoke test and turbo inspection.

check the charger hose from intercooler I've had similar issues and it was split parts coming tomorrow. If you have oily looking substance just behind the driver's side head light it's probably burst.

So what was the problem with the turbo under boost. Was it the turbo or the actuator??? I have same problem and I have already replaced the actuator.
    Thanks
