  • Most people I get the pleasure of seeing in and out of the studio have one very common complaint. tight hip flexors. Most people believe that they are tight due to over strengthening them, but on the contrary, most of them are weak and that's what causes the shortness. So in order to fix the imbalance, we need to not only focus on the stretch but on the strength as well!
