    I’ve just recently gotten into riding and everyone at the stable recommended I get a yoga ball! Yours is the first exercise I’ve tried and I loved it - I can definitely see why I feel like I’m falling off at a trot! I’ll be practicing these often 🩷

      It's so awesome to hear about another person getting into riding! The core stability needed is no joke! 💪 keep at it and really find your feet and inner thighs as you rise to a trot, it really helps with pelvic stability while in the air

      so those mats are actually the mats that change my reformers into towers / mats. I absolutely LOVE them on the floor when I'm busy filming though because they are so comfy and still sturdy! Thank you for the support! More to come once rendering is complete! I'm finally back at it!

    I am doing so much better than when I started. I keep a diary and I could barely do 2-3 of each of these when I started. had to stop after 5min.

    yeah i kind of scratched my head when i first saw this piece of equipment> it looked dangerous. even so i started fooling around with it when one fell in my lap last yr. great for building core and oblique strength. it is a shame that something that can benefit so many people in so many ways is out of reach for most households (600 USD)

      I totally agree! it's a wonderful piece if you know how to use it effectively and could do a lot of people a lot of good! My goal online is to give people the ability to learn and move freely and comfortably using all sorts of different equipment! The price of health shouldn't be so high or difficult to come by.

      Sorry about the late reply, YES! All supported thoracic extension will be helpful! However please check in with your doctor/physio/trainer to make sure you are keeping a left to right balance and that you are taking the best steps for your spinal health

      Hi there! The support from the barrel is great to support spondylitis (i actually have it too! But only in 2 vertebrae). I find using something like a spine corrector or even an ab mat really helps me push backwards while i curl forwards and that makes each layer of the abs turn on and get a really good workout! Not to mention helps you train the muscles to support and stabilize the spine 😊

      I absolutely LOVE using an exercise ball to work on the balance and let me tell you, this workout was super hard for all the small micro adjustments in your core that you make in order to balance! So keep working at it or start just on a chair and see if you can keep your weight evenly distributed! I also have a bunch of other workouts, some specifically on balance and stability so make sure to check those out and I am adding more to the list ❤ im wishing you the best in your recovery. Make sure to have a solid balance of working out and working "in". Self talk, self care, and rest are key to a healthy body too 🙏

      My spine corrector is from balanced body. It's probably my favorite brand that I've tried so far because it's a bit longer and less extreme of an arc than some.       Totally! We just want to focus on stretching the tight side and really strengthening the lengthened side of the curve to balance it out! Which may mean longer pauses or extra reps on the stretch side, and more weight or higher reps on the lateral work side!
