My own ratio is 1 1/4 cups of protein, 3 Tbsp of fat, 2-3 cups of healthy carbs for each meal.
Remember, I'm 6f 5", and I'm eating at maintanence, so your ratio is likely going to be very different.

Can you make these none dairy
Hi - I have been on Keto for a couple of months now and also tried it a few years ago. Both times I have become quite sick and it affected my bowel. After having a colonoscopy it was discovered I have severe IBS and need to cut out cruciferous vegetables eg: kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage,eggplant, onions etc oh and also dairy. What other foods can be used in their place? I love all the vegies I can't have.

Hello I really like your Channel do you happen to have a Facebook account. I’m new to keto and would love to here your testimony about how your weight loss journey. In my journey I hope to lose 50lbs and to keep it off. I began intermittent fasting and looking to eat the same meal 2 to 3 times a week so that I don’t have to spend too much money and time in food to reap results. Plus all that food preparation weekly can take up a lot of space in a refrigerator where 7 people live lol so I try to not take up too much space with my meals. Any advice helps thanks so much for blessing us with your knowledge.
