I love your Keto Meal Prep book. I am down 37 lbs as of this morning! I have only 2 weeks left till I 'reset' the book and start at week 1. I am going to use the alternate recipes when I go through the book again AND I am going to remember to include the SNACKS. If I have any advice for people following the meal plan it is this. DO NOT FORGET the snacks, and do not forget to adjust the meals to YOUR MACROS. :-) The calorie deficit was a bit too low for me when I started out. I adjust each week slightly. Thanks again! (p.s. I had started KETO before the book and had lost like 10-15 lbs already by 'winging it'. SO glad I got your book to get me on track).

Hi I’m an Aussie I’m struggling even with meal prep be cause I live 120k fro a town where I can afford groceries so I was wondering if you have a meal prep two to four weeks even if it’s partly frozen I’m loving your simple approach to keto and having 2 or 3 different meals a week means less waste

It depends, if you're looking for weight loss, just sticking to 3 meals per day is ideal. However, if you're just following keto for health reaons, snacks are no problem.

hello Aaron, I don't eat breakfast because most of the time, I'm doing intermittent fasting unless I'm hungry.
Granola makes a great snack also ;-)

How do you reheat the fish with the foil in the container? Same with the chicken, do yiu reheat with the yoghurt?🤔
Reheat the harissa chicken back to cooked temp - the yogurt is totally fine warm. OR you can keep the sauce seperate, and just reheat the cooked section. Reheat the fish in the oven 🙌

It is an Aussie brand so possibly not.
Please correct me if I’m wrong. Are you supposed to each the same meal during the entire period? If so, why?
Simple is effective. If you have the ability to add extra meals into the plan, then by all means go for it! But if you’re suffering with stress, the last thing you need is a complicated meal plan.
Plus, these meals are so delicious, you won’t need anything else ;-)

Once you get all the staples, you'll find it's cheaper just topping up on meat and veg during the week, I'm spending heaps less!
Asian Boss I haven’t felt it was expensive as you use plain basic ingredients to make your food. You’re not buying sugar and wheat for a couple of instances. Where do you think the expense lies? Nuts you mentioned which may be a new ingredient to you but I can only suggest, think of how pure and healthy it is.
If you’d mentioned eating out, now that’s what I call expensive. Give it a go, follow Aaron and learn his easy procedures. If you are just starting I’d suggest invest in advice right now, before years pass. Questions will arise. Good luck, Pat MacRae. Sorry, Didn’t mean to sign in as club.
It can be expensive but shop wisely and it's much more affordable. I buy lots of eggs, bacon and ground beef (so many things you can do with ground beef!) and I buy chicken thighs instead of breasts and a whole chicken can work out even cheaper. Buy cheaper cuts of meat and cook them low and slow and tinned fish like tuna, mackrell and sardines are economical too. Nuts can be expensive so I only eat them occasionally and you can bulk out a meal with keto friendly veggies like broccoli, courgettes and kale (add butter). There are lots of budget friendly keto meal prep videos on CZcams so you should find plenty of cheaper ideas.
