- Welcome to this calisthenics push up challenge, my 2000 push ups in 1 hour!
This challenge was inspired by the guy Kinez from Back to the Basic channel
You can also try this push workout if you are a beginner or an advanced calisthenics athlete.
(Ps* Yes i know, this push ups was not in the best form but i gave my best) - Sport
Regardless of form that’s an impressive feat nonetheless

You're not doing push-ups right go all the way down go back up you're doing a halfway push-up
Going all the way down is bad for your shoulders it got to be 90 degree at the elbow then all the way up

@jaspisport3933 how do you do your push ups then because I want to stretch out my chest when I do a pushing motion with out hurting my shoulders

not a single one of them was correct... You need to go all the way down and all the way up but still to try for an hour deserve a like
