About Spectre Sound Studios:
I'm Glenn Fricker, engineer here at Spectre Sound Studios. I love making records, and after doing it for sixteen years, I want to pass on what I've learned. On my channel you can find tutorials on how to record guitar, bass, real drums and vocals. There's reviews and demos of tube amps, amp sims, drums, mics, preamps, outboard gear, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, and plugin effects.
We've covered Moon on the Water, played Bias FX, given you the absolute best in Stupid Musician Texts, ranted & raved about bass guitar, and this channel is where The Eagle has Landed.
Everything you've wanted to learn about recording Hard Rock & Heavy Metal can be found right here on this channel!
I also respond to your comments & questions: The best make it into the SMG Viewer's Comments series of videos. Loads of fun, lots of laughs.
Thanks for checking out my channel & please subscribe!
It's really surreal when you are watching a Glenn fricker video while playing Kerbal space program and he brings up Kerbal space program
FOR THE SELF-DOUBTERS:
Music is an expression of yourself, so quit worrying about what other people think. Don't write music for someone else; write it for you! Making music should be no different than playing with legos; just grab some pieces and see what you can make!
Have you realized that you're bad at it? Good! That means you can learn how to get better! Always FINISH your projects; even if they're bad, they will be a marker that represents your progress. You can analyze what you didn't like, and do better on the next one.
Music should be fun, so have fun.
Quincy Kane Morris Glenn should pin that comment
"Music is an expression of yourself"
Mmmm... maybe that's why I don't like what I do, because I don't like myself
Then just become someone you like :)
Best comment ever!
Quincy Kane Morris This, I used to worry too much. Now I just don't give a fuck and it has done wonders. Just don't act like an asshole on stage, no one likes that :P
I’m a drummer that lives in an apartment. I started playing outside. I went from driving 1 hour to the middle of nowhere to driving 20 miles up a highway on a little pull off. I practice for 6-8-12 hours or until I can’t hold a stick anymore. People stop and I give them a little drum solo and they tip me and go on there way. I had a friend make me some stickers and when people tip me I give them a sticker with my instagram name on it. I had a news story go around that ended up with 100,000 views. It got my name out there and people offered to let me start practicing at whatever business they owned as well as auditions for bands. It’s a cheap easy solution.
Great idea! (As long as the cops leave you alone)
Demag A few have stopped just to say hi and they think it’s cool. Nobody seems to mind.
People like you make me happy. Playing music just for the sake of playing music. I was out delivering pizza once, when I saw an older gentleman standing out at the edge of town, alone, playing his trumpet to the sunset. I don't even like the sound of a trumpet, but I smiled for a couple hours afterward anyway. You'd be welcome in my studio any day.
And you're in Idaho, right? I remember I saw you once on a drive out to Emmett and I was like "Hot damn, that dude is dedicated."
Keep doin what you're doin man! That's super sick!
Im jacking your drum kit at gun point. Youve been warned. Wink 😉 kidding.
Speaking of stage banter:
> Don't constantly thank the audience for coming, once or twice is fine but only at the start or the end
> Don't be a jerk. There is room for asking the crowd to have even more energy, but you are not Dave Mustaine, he can pull off being an asshole. Local bands, maybe not so much
Goabnb94 exactly. Shut up and play. If you’ve got something to say, say it with your songs. If people want to hear more from you, they’ll come talk to you afterwards
@@colinedmunds2238 wrong.
A singers job is to entertain. A singer who can’t talk and entertain in between is worthless.
A singer I once had would actually rehearse crowd banter during our rehearsals when we had a show coming up. It actually helped a lot and helped make sure we did everything we wanted in the amount of time we had for the show. At first I thought it was kinda silly, but over time I saw that it was actually a pretty good idea. That way you're not all "ummm, uh, sooo" and so on.
Tom Milley Music When you think about it, that makes a lot of sense. Much like when a comedian preps their set before going on stage. As long as it doesn't sound so prepped as to sound over rehearsed/stale, it should sound good.
All bands should do this!
Awesome idea!
I do this by actually visualizing my lines and expecting how the crowds would respond. I tend to daydream a lot so I use that to my advantage. So far a lot of concertgoers enjoyed it.
i make a mental list of things I need to cover. I mentally rehearse my lines, then get up and cover the list. The lines I say out loud aren't the same as what I practiced in my head, but it doesn't matter. The point is to have an agenda, and know what you need to talk about. Don't figure it out in front of the mic.
I've seen many a band where the singer doesn't know how to talk to the audience much, so one of the other musicians steps up to the mic between songs and banters with the singer to get him/her going. If you have one extrovert in the band, use him/her.
Lord Baktor Yup. We do this in my band. I'm the singer and suck at the audience stuff (huge social anxiety), but our guitarist is great with that and we can also go back and forth with each other.
The singer from my old Thrash Metal band used to have amazing conversations with our bassist between songs. They didn't ever agree on anything, so it was almost more fun to see them banter than to hear us play.
I once saw a band where the drummer has a mic and did all of the banter! 😳
Honestly, I myself am pretty introverted, so I had to learn how to talk to the crowds. Thankfully the course I'm in requires me to present a lot of cases and seminars in front of people so that helped. I also watch a lot of talks and concerts and see how they interact with and respond to audiences so that's another pointer. I still slip up by accidentally mumbling the words due to nervousness, but I'm the frontman, so I have to pull my own weight for the band.
Killswitch Engage does this and it works great. Adam will used his mic to interact with the crowd. Not all crowd interaction has to be the singer.
The dude who was worried about what to write because it might be too simple etc. My firm belief is write the record you'd want to buy. It doesn't have to reinvent the wheel, it doesn't have to appeal to a demographic, it DOES has to be a record you want to listen to.
That's a spot-on answer!
I've been wrestling with a lot of self doubt but I really like many of the songs I've written. Not in an arrogant way of course. I've never thought about it as "Write the record you'd want to buy" but that's what I've been doing. Thanks for that perspective.
A collab between you and Warren would be marvellous and spectacular!
YES on the collaboration with Warren, HUGE YES!!!
nikumeru I second This
Yes, the two together remind of Waldorf and Statler.
WTF, Glen plays the same PC games as me lol. I'm literally playing elite dangerous as I write this.
Crippling self doubt isn't just your worst enemy, it is also your greatest ally. Nobody can beat the crap out of you like you yourself can. After that pummeling, anything from the crowd will sound like praise
Absolutely do that collab, I would love to see you two work on a project like that
Great advice on the stage banter. Singers, definitely practice what you are saying between songs as you practice them! Learn the other band names you are playing with and make sure to mention them, they need love as well. Too many singers say the same old shit between songs. Say something creative other than just "this next song is x". Don't forget to mention who you are and introduce yourself, but don't repeat your name too many times. Tell us something about the song and why it means something. CONNECT with the audience. If you are funny, tell a joke or witty observation. If not, don't. But also, while you are up on stage a few seconds of silence can feel like hours, but really a pause here and there isn't a big deal. Take a breath, drink some water, and let the audience anticipate what will happen next. Watch your favorite artists. Do what they do.
Hey man, I'm a teen trying to write music with two other guys and start a proper band,we just need a drummer,we want to play death core and groove metal, maybe some thrash,I play bass and know how to do some good gutturals, problem is I'll have to do both bass playing and vocals at the same time,do you have any tips on how to multitask?
On top of all bass player you mention I name Geddy Lee, my respect to that Monster
Allan Lacayo when he was saying bass players' names, I kept expecting to hear Geddy Lee.
SeanO Covers1999 me too hehe!
yeah surprised he didn't say geddy, that dudes mental, him and harris are the reason i play bass (and am hopefully not one of the sucky ones he mentions a lot ;) )
Love how you can just recall these concerts from decades ago with such clarity. I've never forgotten a show but the details will blur for me after just a few more years of shows.
YES Warren and you should do something like that!
Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth talks to the audience between pretty much every song during their live gigs and it's an amazing experience. He likes to joke around and engage with the audience or go into detail about some of the tracks and overall is just really personable which shows just how passionate he is about the music and how much respect he has for the fans. I've been to a lot of shows but Opeth gigs always have a very intimate feel to them because of it, no matter how large the crowd is. Definitely one of the best live bands out there.
"The Singer CAN'T TALK to the AUDIENCE" well at least they don't have diarrhea of the mouth, which is annoying in it's own right
bigearl33 the accepted term where I'm from is 'Verbal Diarrhoea'
LOL, I emceed at a festival recently.
At one point a friend told me, "You were great! You said only what you needed to say and then handed the stage off to the band!"
I used to have a real issue with self doubt and thinking everything I did was cringe or lame, worrying about what others would think.
Then I started analyzing other music and realized most of what’s popular, and good, really isn’t that complex. I mean, there are countless hit songs that have 1 or 2 lines repeated over and over again, and people love it. People aren’t as critical as you think. People like simple music because it’s easy to listen to.
Hey man.... Been loving this channel. Like your level headed responses and ability to articulate.
Tron Deadly Discs was TREMENDOUS. Honorable mention to Boxing and Mission X.
if i ever find musicians to play/record with, i promise i'll use your distrokid link
Yes you and Warren should do a collab!!
The trick for stage performing is to know that people are there to see you and no matter what, you have their attention. Any interaction is generally welcome, though stay away from things like "Oh, erm, this is our new song - go easy on us". You've gotta be confident, act like the rock star you know you are. It does get easier with time, but you kind of have to not care about what people will think as that leads to double guessing and removes that mask of confidence.
The other trick is always remember the rule of three. If you want the crowd to interact with you, you have to shout what you want three times. The first time, no-one will do it unless they know you, are drunk, or are good friends. The second time will normalize it a bit more and a few more people will respond. The third time, everyone will realize that they need to interact and that no-one is going to judge them. That's the beauty shot. Whether it's the Ozzy style shouting back at the band, getting people to fist the air in unison, or the punk-like get the crowd to spit at the singer or the bassist drooling in the corner - you have to shout it three times and it usually works.
MetalSucks calling you 'the Lewis Black of sound engineering' was what got me to check out the channel. Great work, entertaining and informative.
You should try the hour challenge. It's not about an amazing song, it's about us developing a closer relationship with you and having fun with something that doesn't matter! Even if it sucks, it's an experiment: likely, you can laugh about it, we can laugh about it-and you might learn something interesting in the process! You should do it!
I was born in the music world. To keep this short I want to say I'm glad I found your channel Glenn! I've played in lots of cover bands and I write my own music. I've went through about everything Glenn talks about. I'm self taught and yes I belong to the 'One Hour Club.' You can find several songs on the CZcams channel Flatt Blagg Music. One song was recorded in Nashville on 'Music Row' but the rest I did at home studio's with Tascam 4-Track analog's and I write, record and produce everything myself. I'm getting too old to be relevant in music anymore but I'm going to make one last record, maybe a double album. Glenn is right about your best songs coming through broken relationships. I agree with everything I've heard him say about everything. ❤️☮️🎵
Dude I love your channel... Thanks for all the honesty on your comments and advices.. I couldn't be more grateful!
I worked for years with a great singer who couldn't talk to the audience very well. We solved it by going from song to song quickly. We worked them together or had the drummer count off the next tune right after the last song (Time between songs is a habit that can be broken) When we would have to stop (Change guitar to an acoustic for example) It was written in the set. Have a few things in the bag to say and go from song to song and you are golden. Play to your strengths.
This is the only channel I know, where I learn as much from the 'reading comments' videos as i do from the tutorial videos...
The bass player in a band I used to mix for in the late 80s, early 90s was awesome! He used to ghost the lead breaks to a certain extent, but the big "trick" was playing the solos along with the lead guitarist, he shredded along with every note and effect the guitarist made, it was a great effect.
My old vocalist was terrible at stage banter. Always fucking talked shit about the band he was performing with becauseI it made him "more comfortable" to "agree with the people in the crowd that didn't like us". I started taking over that part in the band. I took stage banter inspiration from Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth). Just because you're the vocalist doesn't mean you're the only one capable of that.
This is my take on the comment about self doubt in your guitar writing abilities. NEVER care about what other people think about your music. Take advice, but never make music on the idea of pleasing other people. You make music because you love what your create. Become your favorite band or guitarist or singer or drummer or whatever. The second you start writing music for other people is the day you failed as an artist. Make music for yourself. That's the best advice I can give any starting out artists.
"Do stuff; stuff happens" ❤
You should totally do a Live Drums vs. Programmed Drums with a blind test (whatever it's called).
"Do Stuff, Stuff happens" - Love it! Live by it! :D
Great episode. Don't give up on your music! Sometimes simple stuff sounds amazing with a live band. You lose 100% of the shots you don't take.
What are your thoughts on Judas Priest’s newest album “Firepower?”
Thanks for reacting, cheers from Pennsylvania
Totally agree with your love for Tron Deadly Discs on the Intellivision. My uncle had one when I was little and I loved when we'd visit so that I could play it.
I eventually bought my own Intellivision about 10 years ago so that I could play it, and it's still a magnificent (and frustrating) game.
Shout out from a dude working a dead end manufacturing job! WOO LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT!
Talked to the band about Distrokid.
Think we're gunna try it. Thanks for the heads up. 😎🎸🎶✌️
Hi Glenn! You are my producer teacher!! Your videos rocks man! Cheers from México!!
When I was worrying about my riffs being too simple I learnt some Acid Bath riffs and then I didn't feel bad about it.
Acid Bath are one of my favourite bands and they fucking CRUSH.
Yes, absolutely, do the hour song challenge! Collabs with more than 1 person are allowed. Just get everything all ready to record BEFORE you start is the rule, so you can still use live drums. Not quite in line with the recent CZcamsr videos, the old ruleset I read about was it has to be at least one minute long, and include two verses and one chorus. It's a really fun way to get your creative juices flowing.
The first serious band I was in had a super hard time finding a singer (screamer really because of the style we were going for) because of being in deep south Mississippi. We got to the point to where we had around an albums worth of material and we still had no singer. So, I (guitarist in said band) just decided to give it a try. Sucked at first as most of us do, but after a couple of months we all felt confident enough to move forward with me as the lead singer. Then we had that first show with me as the official lead singer and I realized, "Oh shit what do I say? How do I act?". It was pretty awkward those first few shows for sure. Then, as Glenn suggested, I started almost scripting what I would say and when, and it made a world of difference. We actually started practicing our set with that stuff added in even when weren't around anyone but ourselves. That is by far the best way to handle that situation. You should practice the entertainment aspect of your show just as much as actually practicing playing your instruments.
Thanks for posting Glen.
Loved Intellivision. Huge fan of your channel. Thanks for what you do.
When I performed Live, I scripted some parts for the in between songs, Such as things to say, the joking around and it worked perfectly. . . especially leading up to the songs we performing. . . one of the best things you can work out during band practices. . . was never a dull moment during the set.
Tascam is the most greatest quality recording devices out there!
That mic recorder clip in mic thing is fucking brilliant. I've never come across one before. Definitely gonna check that out
BIG old school Fallout fan. I would HIGHLY recommend looking for the Fallout 2 mod “Restoration Project” that adds back in all the cut content that they couldn’t get done before the game released. It even has extra locations like the EPA, which is very well done, as well as more random encounters and quests. If you loved Fallout and Fallout 2, you won’t be disappointed. I still replay it all these years later.
I would literally write down my banter on the set list. In between songs is just as important.
Remember Dungeons & Dragons for Intellivision? I can still hear that dragon snore. As for the C64, RDS rocked! I loved to race in Moon gravity, with an icy and hilly course. Remember Blue Max and Space Taxi?
Glenn, did you ever tinker with any of SID chip music programs on the C64? I remember spending hours typing in number code copied from a book to get SID Player. I wrote a few crappy compositions using it, but what I really remember was sitting there entering notes copied from the sheet music to Stairway to Heaven. Never finished it. I don't think I got past the first "It makes me wonder".
Hey just wanted to say, another great video full of good advice for aspiring music guys. Ive been watching these as I cook dinner.. its becoming a ritual 😈😂
Glen's Glorious Hair. Nuff said.
Still have my working ColecoVision Adam! Even did some college papers on it back in the day when "high speed" tape drives were a legit storage option.
The thing that wrks well for hy singers is to create a character.. I knew a shy female singer who dressed in combat gear and affected a rugged personna that allowed her to overcome shyness
Just wanted to say I enjoy your videos. Thanks and rock on.
Also, definitely a member of the self doubt club, as I'm sure most people here are. It would be really cool if you did an entire video dedicated to self doubt and self-inflicted hurdles
Kerbal!! Awesome game.
Love your channel, Glenn.
HAHAHAHA the mic question i was pondering for a hot minute.
I have other kinds of show business experience, including major-market radio, so I'm never at a loss for words. I have a twisted sense of humor and a running patter is always part of my shows. I came late to playing guitar, but I have a one-man band type show as kind of a retirement hobby because I love to entertain. But, don't get the wrong impression, I'm 60 but I'm playing Iggy Pop and a Jimi Hendrix-inspired version of Wild Thing, along with my own space-cadet originals. I came to rock the house, with attitude.
Create music that YOU would listen to. Best advice someone gave me.
Hey Glenn, singer here! It may seem unconventional, but both myself and my lead guitarist can attribute my banter skills (and his when he chimes in from time to time) to the fact that we both grew up doing improvisational based performance (I did improv comedy throughout high school and college, and he did jazz improvisation for years), and I'd recommend such things to anybody struggling with banter. It really helped us realize how to be comfortable with coming up with something to say on the fly during a show, while not being awkward or forced. Curious to hear your thoughts on this! Cheers from LA man, hope to see you at a URM meet-up again someday soon!
For when I write guitar and drums, it all comes from pure emotion. It is the only way that I have been able to come up with screaming emotional guitar solos and powerful drum parts that make the track sound full and huge. I try just writing when i am bored or have nothing to do, and it all sucks.
Great episode. Gonna check out the Tascam dr-10x and the t.bone drum mics. Thanks for the tip!
Hey Glenn since practice is so important, and your expertise is on the tech side. It would be great to see a beginners tutorial for using technology to facilitate practice. Such as how to use daws and various playback software to make backing tracks, isolate parts of the mix , cue up a specific sections of songs to rehearse, different types and ways to use metronomes, and maybe how to change the pitch song so you can play along without switching tunings . It would really come in handy for the uninitiated or those who might be intimidated by using a new type of software they've never tried.
The SAFE compressor is also really nice to work with, got it right after your video. Love the grapic display of what's going on.
Waren and Glen 1 hour colab?!? YES!
For the drummer with the Jet Blue brother, consider switching your heads to Remo SilentStroke mesh heads. They respond just like real heads and are only around 20% as loud as normal heads. It'll cost you a bit (especially if you want to invest in some low volume cymbals too), but that would be the best solution.
I already loved this channel but after you said Fallout was one of your favorite video game series' that fucking SOLD me
Dude! Orange 9mm rules!!! I saw them like 5 times back in the day. One time I caught the lead singer by myself after he stage dived.
I say practice the way you perform, that’s what my band does. It makes the movements on stage and the presence more natural and comfortable. No one sits down (except the drummer and evens he’ll stand for a song) this way the energy level is up for the entire show.
Well, I took my first steps towards looking at bass guitar tutorials as I was considering learning. Came across your vids lol and now starting to think it may not be for me so will stick to drums lol. Love your vids!
Hey Glenn! I've tried to get a band together in the past, but the bassist I worked with had extreme stage fright and bailed on a show, and the drummer didn't want to rehearse and didn't come early to set up pre-show. I felt like I was the only one trying to communicate and organize the group, and when we finally got on stage, I got so nervous I couldn't sing well. It ended in disaster, of course.
I guess what this comes down to is how do you deal with a band that just won't rehearse/a group that doesn't want to write? I love the QnA's, man. keep it up.
I had an argument with a girl from Ontario earlier who claimed that the dismissal of the great biblical flood was ignorant due to the fact that many civilisations all created documentation based on similar events at the same time. That's right, the flood that killed every living creature except those on Noah's magical vessel, left entire civilisations untouched so that they could document the horrendous travesty as it was happening hahaha. Safe to say she didn't argue for too long. It's almost as if basic logic beats fairy tales... weird🤔
But Jesus Is Magic LOL
Could we get a DI box shootout?
That Lewitt mic and TASCAM recorder are pretty cool, gonna check those out.
Love your show man
Self doubters... I’m the same and I watched another CZcamsr and he recommended The War of Art by Steven Pressfield. I read the book and it helps a bit with self doubt and just doing stuff in general. Not enough room to explain here but it was totally worth it. READ THAT BOOK!!
Great advice on the 18i20 and the budget mics! I just did a few videos on the Pyle 100 dollar drum mic set, and its not going to stop any determined hit song from being a hit. I would add, if possible one of those el-cheapo behringer 8 channel mic pre to ADAT things as well when possible
When the singer _shouldn't_ talk to the audience: When they want to explain the next song. In detail.
This next song... is very special to me...
See i was just a kid when I wrote this.. it was me against the world and I wasn't afraid of anything
...
15 minutes later:
And that's why I was considered the most beautiful and fertile woman on my home planet
record Davie504 Glenn. dude can play .
I don't think that would happen anytime soon, this channel circles around metal and Davie's style is funk or alternative, but, I would love to see that happen, not to mention Davie504 plays solo
He did, for example, a great master of puppets version (I learned to slap from that one song alone). Maybe Glenn would enjoy that.
Aw man I remember Stabbing Westward, still have their CD's in fact. I still like their sound fairly well though it's a bit reverb-heavy sometimes.
That shirt is amazing!
Intellivision! Haven't heard that thing mentioned in DECADES! 😄👍
Ooh! Racing Destruction Set! A good friend and I used to play that ALL the time back in the day! Awesome taste in games, dude! 😜
Hey Glenn, I have a question (prepare yourself, this goes on for a while. Also after the options is a bit of a ramble).
Which is better?
(1) Only one member of the band to be energetic and dancing while everyone else stands still gawking, even if that dancing makes you mess up a note or two.
(2) The whole band to just play flawlessly (as possible) but everyone standing around looking awkward as fuck.
(3) The whole band to do their own thing without coming up any choreography (an example would be one person crabbing while another jumps and another is power sliding) so it looks like a mess.
This is assuming that option (4) "everyone does a cohesive choreographed set" is not an option.
I ask this because I'm bass player on a music course at the moment and I like to think of myself as a "crowd-pleaser" in terms of watching my band play at least (I have no say over what songs what songs we play 'cos bass player) and I find that (1) and (2) happen so much. Whenever I'm in a band, I'm the only one giving it my all (even over shitty 3 chord songs) for a room of 12 people and it just makes me feel stupid whenever I look back at the recordings our "gigs" and I'm the only one doing... anything. And when other bands play usually (2) happens and I lose interest. It's so demoralising as well, it makes me feel like I should stop any enthusiasm in my playing.
hellishman1 go solo is my advice if the band is too hopeless
Option 3. It's all about feeling the music, working off the crowd's energy, and doing what's natural at the time. Being aware and in the moment comes off much more naturally than trying to stick to a script or having your eyes glued to the fretboard.
Option 1 can work with the right band (especially if the guitar work is super technical). Look up Chon's live Audiotree performance for a good example.
Option 4 should NEVER be an option. Those bands are what we call "dildos." They bring shame upon their families.
The WORST is when the whole band does a synchronized running-in-place thing. I can handle a full-band headbang or windmill, but when you start choreographing jumps and dancing and shit, you might as well put down the guitars and put on swim caps, because it's no longer about the music, and it'd be less embarrassing to be on a synchronized swim team than in a garbage scene band that would do that sort of shit.
Always do your beste and do it the way you like. You might inspire your bandmates, and if you band is hopeless, someone will spot you, enjoy your performance, and ask if you have time for another band/project. Take that chance when it comes!
If you're in the northwest of England you can join my band
Hey Glenn! love the channel. Would you consider doing a tutorial/series on how to record a band live off the floor? It has always been a subject of interest of mine and would love to learn at least the basics of it.
The Spin Doctors, HAH!! pretty sure my dad has a CD of theirs lying around
I try to listen to what I write as if I am am not the person who wrote it, I also list the things that make it groove and question if it works, what are the subtle things that make it work? I used to do this and I noticed when people heard they would like it too and say same reasons, that gave me a bit of trust in my gut feeling and also my reasoning..
The song in an hour collab sounds awesome, you should do it
Hey Glen are you thinking of making a video on how to dial in a tone i want i seem so confused with all the knobs the only thing i understand is Volume...
The first rule is just say something, I have heard people make it up on the spot and nervously ramble on about some quite random stuff. And it's the funniest most endearing thing.. I think unexpected is funny... So just say anything and then some more words will come...
9:50
Beyond excited I finally made it in a video ❤
Glad that made your day!
Awesome! Please get us some plug ins!...WARBIRDS!!!! I was a player too! It must be so cool to be able to visit Thomann.. And of course, hang with the man, Henning Pauly...have fun my friend
Hey Glenn What is that wonderful, amazing and just splendid music in the back ground? I am sorry but I spent the whole video listening to it, so, Yeah, Going to watch the video again.
It's called "Song 232" and there's a video for it
thankyou very much. going searching for it now. keep up the amazing videos. and thankyou for the content.
Fucking love anytime anyone mentions Faith No More or one of the band members. One of the bands I wish more people my age listen to (almost 30) and see what music can be. Not some corporate bs just a band who aint afraid to be who they are.
Someone, I forget who unfortunately, once said, "Rock stars wanna be comedians and comedians wanna be rock stars." As a singer, I had a problem opening up to crowds. So I started writing and practicing jokes during band practice. If it got a laugh, it stayed. If it didn't, I tried something else.
Holy shit, I had the Intellivision too! I liked that one game where ye drop bombs on shit from B-52, The controllers sucked massive ass though. I also had ColecoVision. Still have an ATARI with over 90 original games.
It wasn't a B-52, it was a "BEE SEVENTEEN BAWMER!!!"
