      Hi Ryan,
1- As per you first Question SF,BM,TM at Port what is more important and why?
Ans- SF, BM and TM are all important in their respective ways.
SF will help you determine how much you can load depending on the Cargo (Shape, size and weight)
Whereas BM will help you determine the stresses developing during loading and discharging at Port.
TM to maintain the stability of the vessel as well as for (Oil tanker/ Product tanker carrying a single grade depending on the piping system arrangement to meet the trim during discharging )
2-I Don't think there is a term such as Harbour SF and Sea going SF. Kindly read about Stowage factor and this would be clear to you.
Yes I can agree to that we have Harbour BM and Sea going BM. This is because the condition at Port/Harbour is quite different from that of sea, here BM is generated due to loading and discharging where as at sea you BM is generated due to the waves and the load distribution on the ship.
3-Inorder to determine weather information displayed on loadicator is correct or not. You should compute the same with your stability booklet present onboard.
      Hope this information helps.
      Regards
      Nihal Gupta
