hi hello pls help me.i already reformat my hp laptop and the camera working okay. but after thw windows update my camera not working properly. showing off and on camera even i buy usb plugin camera same problem pls help me.
i have the imaging device driver but when i go back to the camera application it still does not work i know it not a separate issue its still about the drivers. Another thing, when i used the last method which involved using legacy hardware, the usb scanner device shows a yellow exclamation mark sign and when i went into properties it says the device cannot start
my toshiba inbuilt stopped working so I removed and turned it to usb cam. First it worked fine then it messaged "device not recognized " after some time. I have tried all but still can't figure out what went wrong.
I got to the part where it says select device driver you want to install for this hardware in the device manager action area. It then says select the manufacturer and model of your hardware device then click next. The only thing available is "model" but i can't select it. Which means I can't click next. I hope this makes sense. I need help 😭
@@zombieotaku1534 YOU are not going to believe this! There is a tiny slide on my laptop that was blocking the camera! Check your laptop it may have the slide that blocks the camera.
It didn't work for me I got A4 TECH PK-910P I uninstalled the camera driver And reinstall it from the A4 TECH website But the camera icon didn't show on the device manager can u please help me? actually, USB ports don't even recognize this device like no popups, etc

i was delete the old driver and download from the hp her driver for her camera restart the pc but not working. i am thinking the registry prevant the camera opens

Uninstall Windows Updates. Search Update in the search bar 👍
